Sent wrong shoes

Finishline is absolutely horrible with finding excuses for their mistakes. They sent me the wrong pair of shoes twice and decided to tell me they can send me another label for me to return the shoes. Hey finishline how about sending me the shoes I paid for. The old $#*! operator then tells me to go to the store and request the shoes. WTF

I got an email from Finishline.com. I have never shopped there so could not imagine how they got my personal email address; an address I am careful about giving out. I have other email addresses that i use for unimportant communications.
Apparently they purchase information from "hackers". On the bottom of their email it says "This message is personalized by Criteo Email based on your previous browsing behavior." The email also provides a link to Criteo that gives information on how they got you... "Criteo Email tags visitors of its partner's websites with browser cookies.
Users tagged by Criteo Email are given a unique technical identifier.
Crete collects or uses information for two different purposes: personalization of emails, and sending of emails on behalf of our advertising partners."
I would never shop from a site this sneaky and sleezy. Before this I may or may not have ever ordered from finishline.com, but I certainly will never order from them now.

Ordered shoes on Sunday. UPS tracking number issued Monday. By Friday was still pending. Called customer service told me it was a UPS mistake (really?)and would place a new order. Confirmation email from CS refers to a return label... I have nothing to return. Totally disreputable.

Horrible

I order a shoe from Finish Line's website. Got an e-mail and confirmation. Noticed a couple days later nothing was happening with my ordered so I called. They explained how I needed to verify, and said they called and left a voicemail but they never did, so they completely lied to me. Than they said the product had been missed placed, and then I was told it was found and being shipped. Nope. Next thing I'm told the shoe is sold out and the warehouse doesn't have my shoe anymore, after they charged my card, and gave me a delivery date. Then two days later got a cancellation e-mail about my order. That is what Finish Line did to their customer. They lie, and give out false order confirmations such a joke.

The online mobile site does not allow you to search shop for a specific item (i. E. "Nike shoes Men black") and return to your place mark inside the item category. The user has to return to the beginning of the search category, which is a huge hassle if the user has over 100+ items in the search category. Otherwise, it's a decent site to use for shopping.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 3/12/16 and it is now 3/24/16 and my order is still "processing". According to what they told me, once it is shipped then the "processing" will be changed to "shipped" and I will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number... Does it seriously take this long to ship out an order!? I've already waited 12 days, which isn't much but if you include the mailing time (WHENEVER THAT MAY BE) then it would be well over 15 or 16 days! Their "economy" shipping states 5-10 days but I didn't realize they don't include "processing" time within those days, what a joke of a company.

NEED MORE TRAINING
March 16, 2016

I ordered a pair of shoes on 3/4/16. I received order confirmation and a tracking #. The shoes arrived at the local post office on 3/9/16. Today is 3/16/16 and I still have yet to receive the shoes. I went to my local post office they do not have the package. I contacted UPS they referred me back to Finish line. I call to Finish line talk to 4 different reps. 3 refuse to allow me to speak with a supervisor. One promised to reorder the shoes, but the shoes are out of stock. She just wanted to get me off of the line. No one can tell me where my shoes are and when I will receive them. The reps keep telling me what I'm see through tracking the package that it is at the local post office, but they don't know which one. I was told by another rep the only thing they could do was refund my money I was simply out of luck on the shoe. The last rep informed me that they could refund my money, but I may receive the package and I will be charged. She can't confirm when I will receive it though. It could be a week, a month, a year for all they know. I am very upset and disappointed this was a gift for my daughter and it really was a huge let down!

If your going to try and buy from this online store, Please be advised that everything is shipped UPS ground. If you pay extra in order to receive your shippiment early -- it will still go UPS ground. Dont pay extra because you do not get your order faster. I actally never did get my order because someone at Finishline, cancelled the order. The customer service people are trained to say "I'm sorry, I'm sorry" But they cannot actually help you so please do not expect any real service and for some reason they are quick to cancell orders. I wont buy from them again."

STAY AWAY

This is by far the worst company I have ever tried to by a product from this past weekend I tried to make an order but the oder did not go through because of website problems, but they still manage to charge my card 3 times resulting in over $700 dollars taken out of my account and what do I have to show for this? Not one pair of shoes and when I call to sort this out the just keep giving me the run around saying call your bank so I three wayed them with my bank and they still had excuses I still have not gotten my money back and its been 5 days thank you finish line for robbing me I will never visit your store or sites from this day forth

I am amazed at how many bad reviews there are online (involving a broad number of websites) for Finish Line. Folks, if you've had a bad experience with this company, maybe it's time to reach out to the people in charge at this company, because customer service obviously doesn't care.

You can reach any Finish Line executive by using the following email protocol:

Use the first initial of their first name and put that in front of their full last name and the domain is at finishline with a dot com after that.

Make sure your complaint gets the attention it deserves by putting your concern directly in front of the people who run this company. You can easily google the executives of this company too...

Completely Done

I am so disappointed in Finishline.
I wrote a review before about how they messed up our Christmas order, but I gave them another chance, but after Sunday, April 24th, I am completely done with them.
They have become what a lot of businesses are becoming - UnPatriotic, UnAmerican.
I went to buy my son a new pair of shoes and I showed them my military card and I was told that only Finishline stores near a base are getting the discount now. I disputed that because we have a base and hour away - how much closer do they want it to be. The sales clerk agreed with me, but told me the corporate has made a list of the stores that can give the discount. All I could say is wtf!? So you mean to tell me that if a Marine, Soldier, Airman, or Seaman, retires away from a base they no longer get their discount for their service to their country? You mean to tell me that Finishline's bottomline is so selfish that Reservist or National Guard don't get a discount because they aren't near a base. This is some bs and I'm calling it! I'm absolutely done with Finishline now.

Our society is too busy applauding people like Bruce Jenner for cutting off their private parts and equal bathrooms to even see the stupidity in that. How about the men and women who serve and want to get their child that $120 pair of gym shoes and because of their discount at Finishline they can actually do that, only to find out that now they can't because to Finishline, their service means nothing to corporate. Surely they can't be giving out that many service discounts a year to have made this decision.

I thank my husband and all of the men and women who are serving and have served and I'm sorry that some businesses in your own country can't even give you the respect you deserve because you fought for them to be able to run their business with out the threat of attack.

Never again Finishline - you got my last dime!

Ordered a pair of shoes from cyber Monday and they never sent me a tracking link it just kept saying "processing order" the I get an email last night saying they had to cancel my order because they were out of stock? Worst place to order from they need to get there $#*! together I will never order another thing from here and I recommend you all do the same I did get my money back but I would have rather had the shoes especially sense they are double the price now than they were in cyber money I would rate it less than a 1 star but that's as low as it will let you rate it

Two different shoes
December 9, 2015

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and some clothes one pair they ended up cancelling said no more inventory, in the box that the other shoes were in had two completely different shoes of two completely different sizes. I took them to the store the same day to get resolved they ordered them and were supposed to call me Monday to let me know if they arrived at the store, it's Wednesday. Also, half the clothes I ordered were cancelled for no inventory so I have mismatched sweatsuits yay!

I ordered from this place on cyber Monday this year 2015 they cancel my order because they claim they did not have any more shoes like the one that I ordered, however, they do have those shoes on their website for more money now... I still have not received my refund.

Ordered a few items from finish line.com. Shipping was fast but one of my shoe boxes came looking completely tattered. Considering I was giving the shoes as a Christmas gift I needed the box to be intact. Ooverall nice products and great prices.

DO NOT buy from this site. Ordered my husband new nike shox last week and got them today and they are used and have a big wad of gum on the bottom of them! Called customer service and they said they would refund me $10... what kind of refund is that? I will never buy from this site again and i will make sure everyone i know doesnt neither. This is ridiculous. The lady on customer service was even rude and ended up hanging up on me. Her name was Michelle.

Ordered October 28th 2015. Received the wrong order. As in someone else's order. Had to call and get a return shipping label. They couldn't find the returned shipment. They called me and said I would receive my refund 7-10 business days. November 18. I still haven't received anything. I have been calling about the exact same thing. November 29th still waiting on the refund. Called today. I need to wait an additional 3-5 days. And if not I need to call back. The customer service is the worst I have had to deal with.

I ordered a pair of Nike's from finishline.com. Came in, they were too big, so I returned them in-store and they ordered my size and had it sent to my house. The shoes never showed up, so I called customer service. They said they didn't know what happened to the shoes, so they ordered them again. Again, they never came. So I called AGAIN and just told them to give me my money back — not worth the hassle. But then they refunded me less than I paid... it was only 7 bucks difference, but I was so irritated by this point that yes, I called and told them they owe me 7 dollars. The girl argued with me for 15 minutes, telling me that I "didn't pay for shipping" when I definitely did and had a receipt to prove it. After her telling me over and over again that I "never paid for shipping," I finally said "I'm the customer and you're arguing with me over seven dollars. Can you just go ahead and take care of this for me please?" Then after being on hold (again), she finally told me she processed my refund. Good grief! I ordered from Amazon after that and my shoes showed up in just a few days. Do yourself a favor and don't bother ordering from Finish Line.
