Still waiting!

I order à kitchenaid on June 9 and need it before the end of June - they confirm that it will be no problem at all - on my account the delivery day on June 27! This was very important for our new business - today our opening day! We still waiting and our clients are waiting too - this is unbelievable I wrote 5 email - and I don t have any news and where is my kitchenaid - regarding the tracking number: info unavailable - and they get Paid!

Worst place.

Ordered a PS4 paying almost $200 more then anywhere else I understand I'm paying with credit not cash but the shipping is crazy $50 four standard shipping been a week still waiting been calling and their headquarters are in my state poor service last order and I'm done need to be shut down.

I received email offering me credit & discounr on my order. I have not received confirmation that my recent order was shipped on open credit. Where is my order,& when should I expect to receive it.? I am asking the media to investigate. I want my order.

I purchased a couple pair of boots. One didn't fit and the other was irregular. I contacted their customer service and they assured me they would send return labels as there were none in the packages. I never received them. I contacted them again and was assured they would be on their way again. Nothing came. They sent an email to print out. I contacted them and told them I have no way of printing them out as I do everything on my phone. They again assured me they would send some. Never got it. Now that the 90 days has passed and I contacted them for the 4 the or 5th time they tell me it's too late. I have been trying to return them for months. I bought my daughter a ride on toy tractor recently. We went to charge it and the inside melted. I promptly contacted them and asked for a return label. We shall see if it comes. I will no longer order anything from them. As I have been a customer for a few years and my credit line has grown so much because I usually pay more than minimum due. They got a very angry email from me this time. No more Ms Nice Lady. Their customer service team is very incompetent..

I purchased a fireplace, McLeland Design Cherry Mantel Electric Frieplace, 7 months ago for $600.00. Before i purchased it I talked with a Fingerhut rep. To see if there were complaints on the unit. I was told there were none and no unit had been returned and it was one of their most popular fireplaces. Because of that I did not take out the warranty because it was over $100.
I had it on last evening to take the chill out of the room. It had only been on 15 to 20 minutes and there was a loud pop and the unit stopped working. Since purchase this unit has not been used more than 30 times in 7 months. I contacted fingerhut and was told nothing could be done, there was no warranty availabe and it was too old to send back. I have been told it will do no good to pursue this as Fingerhut is difficult to deal with. This is sad when a 67 year old woman who lives on SS can't get a company to stand behind their product and don't give a hoot about their coustomers. Think twice before buying from Fingerhut!

Bought a $#*!ing bed from these people an its no $#*!ing good ask long for a return slip never received it tell 2days ago call them an them gone tell me 90days pass then this $#*! have the nerve to tell me i still have to pay for the no good $#*!ing bed this is the worst place to shop from.

Scam company

Garbage company, returned an item. Which i had payed some money on, instead of clearing the remaining fee. (No credit or refund for what i already paid.) Still in the box, got a late fee/shipping fee? On top of you still want myself to pay for the item i sent back unused?
Was denied a right to a supervisor by EVELYN@ st. Cloud mn...
Have been dodged from a supervisor twice now. (I work as a supervisor for a different company... you can't just hide from customer service.)

LOL call my house again, my lawyer is waiting to hear from you.

Make a payment aragment with this company after being a costumer for 3 years and 6 month never being late anyway I paythem 800 dollars and thy agree to wave the late fees so after they take the 800 dollars out of my account they sell my fingerhut account to the collection when I call to ask why would make a payment arrangement with me take my money and sell the account to collection they won't answer my question all they keep saying the account was sold so don't ever trust this company they Summer's liers thieves. They will take your money and send u to collection..

I ordered a dirt bike for my son or Fingerhut it worked for 2 months and once the insurance was about to expire it stopped working one day after the expiration date I called back and they told me it was too late no one ever told me about the extended warranty so I am just stuck with making payments on a machine that my son cannot ride because it does not work. I would not recommend buying any gas products from Fingerhut because they customer service will not help you if you did not buy the extended warranty which I was not told about in the beginning. I even called the product manufacturer that made the dirt bike Monster moto and they told me the same thing Fingerhut said they don't stand behind their product and they just said I'm f*****...

I clozed my account literally 3 minutes ago and here's why. They give me this ridiculous credit line of $250 which if you have ever looked at Fingerhuts prices that does not allow you to buy much. Especially if your into electronics like I am. I sent them a email requesting a larger line of credit a couple of times telling them I was interested in buying a 55 inch tv. They told me they do not accept credit line increases. Their faq page says they reveiw your acct 3 times a year well I think thats not true because if they did they would want to know why someone would open a credit line and not use it for almost a year. I got tired of waiting and bought a tv locally with my credit card which has a limit over 10 times what Fingerhut gave me. So now that I was fed up with Fingerhut I sent them 1 last email and told them if they were unable to give me an increase in my limit then I was going to close my account. This women called me and told me the same garbage about not taking credit increase requests. So I told her to close my account. She says we take Visa and Mastercard and I thought why on earth would I use my credit card to buy from Fingerhut and pay more, wait for them to ship it and hope it gets here undamaged on when they say when I can just go to a local store pay a lot less and have it that day. So folks save yourselfs some aggravation and just get a credit card. Let Fingerhut keep not taking credit line increases and lose money while you enjoy your purchases that day.

Got charged for a service and have never ordered anything at all. All you get is broken english speaking people from another country who just robotically speaks from scripts. Customer service is terrible and I would never recommend fingerhut to anyone.

I don't get all the bad reviews. Yeah they're more expensive, but when your credit sucks, beggars can't be choosers.
I've ordered sneakers from them, paid them off. Then ordered a wine rack and paid that off. After a year they increased my credit from $900 to $1400 without even me asking. I never order items or keep a balance of $100 or more.
I order under $100, pay it off in the low monthly installments, then order something else. If you act responsibly with the account, they'll be good to you.
And my credit score has jumped too. When I first got Fingerhut it was 580. A year later i'm at 640 and rising.
Make timely payments and order within your means and you'll have no problems with Fhut!

STAY AWAY! DO NOT ORDER!

The worst experience in customer service ever! I returned my items and I was told that I would receive a refund between three to five days... well I was told that eleven days ago... today I was told I would have to wait three to five more days because for "unknown reasons on their side" my refund wasn't processed! WOW... just want my money back! I waited and Ok... now I was told that I would not receive my refund back to my debit card but I would get a refund check in the mail in another ten days. I called customer service one more time to tell them I don't have a way to cash their check. And finally they sent my refund to my card. After receiving my refund I got a letter in the mail saying I owe them 58 cents in interest MY GOODNESS! All this hassle for two inflatable twin beds that engulfed my grandchildren while they were sleeping because neither of the beds held air. They should not even be selling these defective beds. One with an air leak. Ok maybe but BOTH? Do not order #SL826 INTEX COMFORT PLUS MID RISE AIRBED!

Typically you are told to read the fine print. When you end up paying more for your product and it doesn't make sense. It is usually due to a one-day late payment, or how ever late. It doesnt show up on your payment timeline. They don't care that you may have your financial good days and sometimes bad days. They will definitely penalize you. They try to act if they are there for you, but if you have 1 or 2 late payments. You will not proceed to a higher line of credit. Even if you pay the item in full. You don't get points for paying early or paying more. Like any thing in life. You get lucky with good merchandise and some you dont. Stay away from tools and beddings. Try and buy brands you know. Cell phones are usually a good buy. If you have good credit. I would recommend getting credit from a store. If your credit is 550 or less i would recommend finger Hut. If you dont see where you paid the item off and dont see it on your credit information. Continue to call to ensure its correct. They would definitely put you out there if you didnt pay. Good Luck.

I am a product review consultant analyzing data on different online merchants and there advertising we got our data in and could not believe what we seen. I aam very shocked on everything they claim from credit to easy pay to delivery very lucky to get anything from this company they should be jailed I'm sure the athoritys are looking into what went wrong with this company. Don't be a victim contact Better Business Bureau immediately.
