I called and asked for advice and was given very accurate information. We probably spoke for 20 minutes on 2 separate occasions, before I decided what I wanted. Once I ordered on their website, I received my order in 4 days, which was quicker than I expected. The items I ordered were perfect and exactly what I expected. Thank you!
They misrepresented items on their website and refused to reimburse even though admitting the website was wrong and they were at fault! I followed their instructions and sent the items back and they promised to reimburse me, but after they received the items (in absolutely new, unopened condition) they refused to reimburse and wouldn't answer my correspondence. Shameful.
