When an order is placed and there are items backordered or not shipping for whatever reason, the customer deserves to to told upon order.
You accept full payment on order, you need to make shipment clear.
Love the prices but the convience of having my filters shipped auto delivery I don't worry about when it's time to change the filter.
The filters were not the same as original only had one o ring instead of two so it leaked. Wish I had not bought three because I had to throw away.
I ordered a water filter for my refrigerator. It was simple and easy. I was given a choice of name brand or generic. I opted for the generic and was pleased with the quality. I got 3 filters for the price of one at Lowe's. You have the ability to order when needed or get on a auto cycle that will deliver at your timing. I want to be able to control when I receive my shipments, so I decided to order as needed. I have not tried filters for my furnace but I am getting ready to give it a try.
So far I am pleased and would not hesitate to recommend this to any one.

The fact that I could order 3 filters and have them delivered within a few days is very convenient. I wish I didn't have to extend to 100 characters but since you insist here they are.
These filters seemed to be cheaply made, not the brand name ones that I've purchased in the past. No wonder the were so cheap to buy.
Three weeks to receive my order? Shipping is your weak link. Every else was fine. The product was as advertised.
I'm normally not fond of gadgets in basic appliances. Had to replace refridgerator and installers hooked up water/ice feature 'cause it was there'. When it came time to replace filter I found FiltersFast online and was surprised with how easily my problems were solved. Specific filter quickly found, price was less than from dealer, and delivery was about right. Picked the automatic notice/future delivery system for replacements but haven't had experience with that yet. For now I'm very pleased with FilterFast.
I purchased the wrong filter. After numerous attempts to contact Filters First I was unable to reach anyone. It should be a simple process to return an item, yet your process appears to be overly complicated. Why? Not to mention that filter costs $50. I would consider it a courtesy to receive a response to this review. Thank You, James Green JR.
The filters arrived approximately 8 days after I ordered them. They were at least a 1/4 inch smaller than the advertised size. I ordered a multi-pack so am just using them anyway rather than the hassle of returning. I won't order again.
Everything went as it should. You order and pay, they deliver the right items when promised. Extra kudos for the followup email making sure their information agreed with theirs.
I found the web site easy to use to find the filter I needed for my refrigerator. The price was very competitive with other sites. The shipping time was very reasonable and the filter was exactly what I needed. Will use this site again when I need more filters.

Filters slow should be your name. Took a couple weeks to get. I dont consider that fast in any way. Wont order again
