I HAVE A RECURRING NEED FOR A SIMPLE PRODUCT (WATER FILTERS). WHEN I INSTALL THE LAST ONE ON HAND I REORDER AND RECEIVE MY NEXT BATCH OF FILTERS IN A FEW DAYS.

Although, I am so glad you offer these filters at a reasonable price, Please take into account on the number of filters ordered & at least let new offers go, at least, 6 months before offering again! It gets to be too much!

I was very pleased. My refrigerator had actually stopped making ice because i had put off buying a filter. They are so expensive, so I went to the internet and Filters Fast popped up. I had my filter in just a couple of days, much cheaper than available at my big box store and I am set up now on an automatic filter shipment so I dont fall behind again.

Service was fast. I was a bit concerned at the package inside the bag was pretty beat up and the filter inside the box was half outside of the box. The outer packaging of the filter was intact. Have not installed the filter yet. But, I feel it will be just fine.

I did not place an order. I can't get in to edit and remove my credit card information. I finally heard from the company and they say they stopped my auto ordering process, but I just got an email saying I placed an order. NOT so. So frustrated. Can't reach customer service by phone. Will not use this company again.

Package delivered to wrong address in another state, then email says it is delivered to correct address, but it hasn't been. No customer support on the weekend.

Have used this website numerous times without disappointment. Will continue to use "Filtersfast" as my filter shopping website!

Thats what I wanted and thats what I got. It should always be this simple. The selection was good and I couldnt find them locally so this was a great solution.

Have had trouble in the past locating filters locally. FiltersFast has them and at less than half what I've paid before.

Ordering is easy and shipping is quick. I've been using their Water Sentinel brand filters for my GE Profile refrigerator instead of GE's very expensive ones. They fit perfectly, do a great job and are made in the USA. Best of all they cost a lot less. I also buy my whole house humidifier inserts from them. They too are just as good as the AprilAir ones and cost much less.

I appreciate your excellent water filters and that I no longer have to keep track of the annual date to change the filter. The filter just arrives every year in early November. I replace my old filter and I'm done and safe.
