By far the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. My account was blocked for "leeching" (I had to look tat up). When I suggested my account may have been compromised (and hence the leeching), they said "it's impossible, no one can hack our database, protecting your account is your responsibility, not ours," to which I responded that 1) no database is 100% secure (as far as I know) 2) It's every company's duty to protect customer data 3) that their tone was insanely rude, assumed most of the actions that never took place, and basically that they could shove my account up their ass and keep my money: "I will never do business with you again."
