By far the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. My account was blocked for "leeching" (I had to look tat up). When I suggested my account may have been compromised (and hence the leeching), they said "it's impossible, no one can hack our database, protecting your account is your responsibility, not ours," to which I responded that 1) no database is 100% secure (as far as I know) 2) It's every company's duty to protect customer data 3) that their tone was insanely rude, assumed most of the actions that never took place, and basically that they could shove my account up their $#*! and keep my money: "I will never do business with you again."

Do not send these people your money, this is a scam operation. They banned my account and said I was sharing it. I do not share my account, I use jdownloader to download links from filenext.com and use a laptop with a VPN. I have 4 freaking cases open with paypal because I have close to $100 worth of accounts that some idiot at FileNext keeps deleting. Now I have to wait a month to get my money back, hopefully I get it back. To make matters worse, I get no response from their support. These people are disgusting!

I cannot express enough how utterly disappointed and disgusted I am with FileNext. They have managed to reach the pinnacle of scamming and deceit, leaving me feeling utterly helpless and robbed.

It all started when I decided to engage their services, naively thinking that I would receive the assistance I needed. Little did I know that I was walking into a trap carefully laid out by these unscrupulous individuals. I handed over my hard-earned money, expecting a return on my investment or, at the very least, a sliver of customer support. But what did I receive in return? Absolutely nothing.

No service was provided, no product was delivered, and any hope of communication was futile. It's as if they vanished into thin air, laughing all the way to the bank with my money. It's truly a despicable act to take advantage of innocent customers who trusted them to deliver on their promises.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to reach out to their customer support, it was like talking to a black hole. My pleas for assistance were met with an eerie silence, leaving me hanging in limbo. It's clear that they have no regard for their customers or any sense of responsibility for their actions.

I implore anyone reading this review to stay as far away as possible from FileNext. They are masters of deception, preying on unsuspecting individuals and leaving them penniless and filled with regret. They have single-handedly shattered my faith in online businesses, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth that will never fade.
