I have been unable to login to FileJoker for over a month. None of my numerous requests to reset my password have been answered. None of my requests for a partial refund for the time I was unable to use their service has been answered. I have not been able to get a response from anyone at FileJoker. I own an international company with over 800 employees and if I ever treated our clients with such disdain and disrespect, we would be out of business within the year. These are really bad guys - Caveat Emptor,
I have received this message for over a day, it comes from trying to down load the second part of a file:
"Wait 1 hour 20 minutes 1 second to download for free."
You have to wait 4 hours between downloads which is unusual in download sites. But this message has been on for over a day!
With filejoker, it's one problem after another. I wish I knew a consumer site to complain too.

I've uploaded a second screenshot, this one taken 8 hours after the first. It's been like this over 2 days.
Though the actual download part is ok, they FRAUDULENTLY advertise similar rates to others, but NO, it's UNTRUE. You pay an EXTRA 40-60% when you use one of the suspicious payment methods. Paypal is offered, but NO, that's a scam. Don't get your card compromised.
