So far all I've done on this site is take a survey. It would be more appropriate if rating your site was at a point further along in the process instead at the beginning. I will add that I am sick of pop-up ad's that come up on every page and that is the major reason why I rated your site a 2…. Not only do you have pop-up ad's but they are the most intrusive ad's I've ever seen. They take just about the entire viewing area…NO THANKS!

This is just like all the other apps! All you want us to get our phone numbers so that you can hassle us to death, when if you would have followed thru and let us know, by email if we qualify! Then I'd call you with?'s and how to proceed! Thanks for the rub-around! I should have known better!

I need closure and some peace and quiet around where I'll be at Home once again, single and being last of kin to my father decided just recently to a sudden accident that was to me shocking and broke my heart and hope for a better life ahead having him around.He was all I had left of my kinship.

The title of this article was to see if you qualify for a government program that will make you house payment $350 lower. This site just set me up to harassed by mortgage lenders therefore you receive a low rating because I was lied to.

I wanted to actually see a rate for me from A lender, not be put on a list for 20 lenders to harass me... ugh, two calls just left messages...

It appears this program may not work for me because of the high down payment but I have a friendly landlord who appreciates my 10 on time payment of rent. We may be able to make two payments to meet the terms of the loan.

So far, the process has run smoothly. There were several backups and the need to repeat the delivery of information. I am looking forward to receiving financing /refinancing and reducing debt. Thanks for asking.

I started getting calls before I finished filling out the form. You should ask how a person prefers to be contacted. I have a baby, phone calls are extremely inconvenient. Text is the best contact method by far.

This is a total bait and switch. I was led to this site with the understanding that I could find out in two minutes if I qualified for some government program. Instead I got bombarded with calls, emails, and texts within seconds of supplying my information. Now these vultures have my information, and I will just have to suffer the consequences of not listening to that inner voice.

I am inquiring only and thought I would be getting information from the internet, not redirected to a lender at this time. I do not want to talk to anyone yet. I had an inquiry only because I don't think I can get a lower rate than what I already have (2.5%, 30 year term). But I thought I would see what this is about. It looks like it's just a refinance.

This is my second try but it seems to be the same with every online lending group sending me to another lending group and I have not yet spoken to an actual lender, I have 3 settlements; 2 with opioid law suits, and 1 settlement coming from All American Insurance for an oilfield worker ramming my car with his big truck causing my spine juries. I need some money now though.

Within five minutes received call from andrew with Rocket Mortgage whi answered all my questions regarding home equity loans, refinancing, Heloc, rates, documents and process. It was all valuable information but my current SS income is not enough to qualify. Thank you.

Your online ad says see rates, all one ends up with is continued calls from lenders wanting to run your credit... why cant you just show the current rates

This is BS. No rates provided. Just a way for telemarketers to contact me. Please remove my personal data from your database. Otherwise I will make a formal complaint to appropriate state and federal authorities!

Amazingly simplistic but visually driven with good enough aesthetics, poor color choice but I'm sure in time things will look better. 5 star for being counteractive to the norm of bloated interfaces that consumers are exposed to

I understand the inability to process anything before being able to verify the info given about my property and am hopeful that I can make all of the necessary repairs for resale asap! Financial situations have been grueling due to extended illnesses in the family putting care duties upon me and my ability to work much more than part time a reality. Hopefully the property can serve as a springboard to get myself out of dire straits, barely able to get by after final expenses and medical bills are finally all paid. The value of the place has probably doubled since buying it two years ago, so its a sound investment with the needed cash pushing through those last finishing touches needed to really make it worth the top number that I'd like to see myself able to earn off of it's sale.

Your ad said refinance on good credit and no missed payments. Finance company says can't get better rate than what I have 3.50.
Why not be honest and say the lowest rate that is available brfore going through this process of information? I need to save but this was deceptive.
