It's the 2nd worst delivery company I ever had a,,pleasure" to use. First I got text that my parcel will be delivered between 8.10-12.10 so I book half day off. No one turned at the time. Waste of my time waste of my money no communication. Useless hope you'll all bankrupt.

The fedex driver signed on my behalf and threw the parcel back of the gate which im not happy about. There was a phone inside that cost me 1000 pounds. It said on the tracking that it was handed over to the resident which it wasnt i was going crazy to find the package i asked the neighbours msged amazon and i couldnt find the package until my mum found it this morning behind the gate. If the package is thrown behind the gate why wasnt this written in the description. The driver said he handed it over to me he didnt he even signed on my behalf thats illegal. I even was complaining to amazon they kept saying u have received it but in did not no it was behind the gate until this morning. Im heavily pregnant and i had to go through all this stress finding the parcel. This driver is wrong and dangerous to do this signing and lying about the parcel was given to me when i wasnt even at home. I even told the manager and she wasnt helpful either im not happy with the outcome. This driver should be sacked.

They mark as delivered, but nothing is arriving.
This is proper scammer company proper fraud. Keep away.

OMG. I cannot breathe I am so annoyed at the moment. Fedex, in the USA, runs like Swiss trains. On time, predictable, reliable. Here, they are the last choice I would make for posting something. If it hadn't been that it was a return, we wouldn't have used them because, as per usual, they don't show up and they tell porkies about there being nothing to collect/no one to sign for something...

In this instance, here's what happened: Husband purchased me a lovely item for Crimbo but the sizing was askew so it needed returning to swap for a slightly bigger size.

The shop uses Fedex for their free returns so we sorted everything out so that the pickup was scheduled for yesterday. The confirmation said between 8:00 -12:00. So we were waiting for a handover that NEVER happened.

When I called customer services at 13:15, I was informed that (brace yourselves) at 11:32 yesterday, the driver attempted collection BUT there was no parcel to collect. WRONG. LIE.

When I informed the agent that we have CCTV on our drive and at our front door and that no one but our postie had been ALL DAY, he hung up on me.

Online (rubbish system) I reorganised the pickup for today and under instructions put the following to try and dissuade the driver today from pulling the same shenanigans: "This is a private residence. We will be waiting to pass over the parcel so please knock on the door to collect parcel. This is a second attempt at collection. Please note that there is CCTV in operation."

Confirmation came through to say that the parcel would be collected between 12:00 - 18:00. At 14:00, I was a bit worried and I called customer services again. After a few seconds, I was transferred to what I somewhat suspect I got the same guy as yesterday.

CS-dude said that it was due to be collected and was still on track, so we waited. When it went dark, we left outside lights on. In the end, you won't be surprised to note that the package has NOT been collected.

We live in the North of England and our nearest drop-off location is 25 miles away. We will go to the Collect+ location tomorrow because another day waiting for someone to come collect, who ultimately won't, is just too impossible to contemplate. Fedex, you should be ashamed.

And, Fedex, I am happy to provide you with the tracking info so you can follow this up but I suspect you don't really care.

Tip for consumers:
Outside London, don't bother.

Fedex is a RIP-OFF artist that needs to be made to account for its insidious practices. I received a parcel from the US valued at a TOTAL of US$105 - but received a Fedex import charge invoice for £35.76. According to my FX converter, $105 = £83.*******. VAT at 20% thus comes to £16.64 (rounded up). Fedex charges an egregiously exorbitant £12 for its robot to issue the invoice. Even with this RIP-OFF charge, this should result in a charge of no more than £28.64. Whilst the extra £7.12 is not going to bankrupt me, it is just plain piracy. Imaging them doing the same to thousands of victims every day - knowing that most will not be bothered to check/argue. Additionally, contacting them in anyway is deliberately made difficult by their system (if that is not the case, then their programmers must be pretty pathetic!) - no doubt to dissuade contacts and complaints. A true pirate operation if I ever saw one! Avoid using Fedex like the plague and don't invest in this crooked company...
