Contacted FDS for Transport if my Cadillac CTS-V wagon. Car arrived with front bumper torn off and hood damaged. Asked driver, he said it came to him that way. Paid driver and contacted Gary next day to report damage. Obtained video of driver ripping front bumper off during loading vehicle. Sent all info to Gary. No help. Turns out Gary plays a shell game, he is a broker that then contacts another broker, then a driver.

This allows him and FDS to be insulated and not stand behind his word. $3700 damage to my car and no help from FDS

Great Service. Called Gary to ship my Dodge Ram 1500 from Arkansas to Texas. Truck arrived clean without a scratch. Customer service was great. Easy to work with crew. Rates were reasonable and they were flexible with my schedule. I'd definitely use them again in the future.

I used this service to transport my car from NY to Austin. Was hassle free and very easy overall. I did speak directly to David and he was able to move up my pick up time. My car did arrive earlier than expected but I had someone in Austin that was able to do the pick up for me. My car was undamaged and no issues at all. Highly recommend using FDS Dispatch.

Quote a price take your deposit nothing else no service. Piss poor communication won't return calls after they have your$50 deposit leave you hanging until u decided to contact a real reputable company. Stay away from them at all costs

Hello! Guys my husband George bought a BMW motorcycle he was very much worried that how can he dispatch it. I heard about FDS online dispatch service and guys believe me i was very much satisfied with the services they provide. BMW is a motorcycle which needs extra care due to its complex design so this service is amazing you don't need to worry about any kind of damages.

FDS Dispatch really stands out because of its customer service. They give us fast and accurate quotes and get me a truck when they say they will. We can call Gary in the morning and he has it covered the next day. I don't know how he does it!

I cannot give this company one star but this site would not send without a rating. I give a 0! If you want to lose money this is your company. I have NEVER been treated as poorly and disrespected as a customer in my life.
I wanted this company to deliver a Jaguar for me from Baltimore to North Myrtle Beach. I had to give them a deposit of $50.00 and the car was supposed to be delivered in three days. I waited weeks with no call to me, explaining why my car had not been delivered. I called them several times asking about my delivery and was told it will be delivered in a couple of days. After a couple of days I called back again and was not very nice. I told them I wanted my car delivered the next day. I was told they did not have a truck to deliver it. I informed them to forget it! I requested my $50.00 deposit back and was told they would check in to it. I have been waiting for this refund since November, it is now January. I have called the guy, Gary, numerous times and he has told me five times he is working on getting my refund. He also has told me he would call me back the next day to inform me of my refund but he NEVER calls back. As of now he has blocked my cell phone and my house phone because he doesn't want to talk to me. I have also Emailed this company asking for my refund and they have not responded. This is the WORST business I have ever dealt with. I called another company to have my Jaguar delivered. They did not ask for a deposit and my car was delivered in two days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I just had FDS Dispatch ship my Ford F-250 from Vermont to Illinois. Dealt with Gary who arranged things immediately. I initially contacted Gary on Tuesday and by Friday my car arrived in Illinois in perfect condition.

I just signed up with them and as they have a lot of stuff on there board the shippers have know idea who they are so they are steeling info and loads from other sites and that is wrong and then steeling money from other people

I was struggling to have car shipped was dealing with one broker who kept increasing price every couple of days saying no truck available, finally found fds and they took a day and my car was moved to Florida, the lane was tough but they did fulfill whatever they committed

I sincerely appreciate the assistance Gary provided. One of our customers was in need to get a vehicle transported to our location as soon as possible and asked me if I could assist in finding a company to provide transportation. I went on line and had over 15 responses, Gary provided one of the lower bids. When I called, he was helpful and provided all of the information I needed to relay to our customer. We both agreed on using FDS Dispatch. I received a call from Gary within an hour, after selecting FDS, and was informed the driver would be picking up the vehicle TODAY. Fantastic. Our customer wanted to know how it was done. I couldn't give him my trade secrets, But I am sold on the support Gary provided.

Had a truck moved from Iowa to Maryland, Gary at dispatch was very helpful and professional. The price quote was all in and the delivery was on time.
The driver was professional and also on top of his game. The experience I had was first rate and I will use them again.

This company is an absolute scam. They use the name of reliable companies to advertise their services without the consent of these companies.
Don't even think of giving them your credit card. They outsource the calls to overseas.

I had a boat worth 30 grand and was worried to ship and found these guys from google, they did everything so professional, if you looking for low cost and best carriers. Their network is strong on backhaul so they always get good rates, no one can beat

I shipped my car 3 times and i am so happy to see every time have got best quote from their carrier network, other are robbery but fdsdispatch is amazingly good simple company, they atleast letting direct shipper connect to carrier, not like brokers hacking the market

I learned a lot about how this deal works, and it has been a nightmare. I needed to have a snowmobile shipped from Maryland to Maine. Read the reviews, most were positive, got a quote and an education. What they do: they post your shipping needs and get bites from independent shippers. Once they get one, they send you a quote, and ask you for a deposit to "lock in your rate". Lock in your rate sounds good, but in reality, it means nothing. In my case, I hadn't purchased the vehicle, until I had a "guaranteed" shipping rate.(notice the quotation marks). Once I had the guarantee, I wired the money to the dealer. Now the snowmobile is mine, I had a fair price to have it hauled in an enclosed car hauler trailer. What could possibly go wrong? The shipper bailed on me. Had two different reasons. Don't know if either was true. FDS said they could re submit the info fro another quote, or refund my money. They already withdrew the whole amount from my card. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle 7 states away. I have to go along for the ride now. They get a new shipper, for almost 50% more than the first. 2 weeks has gone by now, This is a seasonal toy, so much for their 5 day window. I have a gun to my head, so to speak, so I have to go along with it, or start over somewhere else, and wait further. I finally got it shipped in an open trailer, covered completely with 700 miles of road grime. AND, for the extra 50%, I had to drive 2 states away, to meet up with the shipper, because he couldn't come to my state. What a deal!
What they don't do: Stand behind any of their promises, your deposit means nothing. Lock in your rate, just a line. Answer your messages, return calls promptly, good luck with that. FDS has been more like Fully Dysfunctional Shipping.( I thought of another one, but it's not suitable for all eyes)
If you choose to ship with them, I wish you better luck than I had.

Got referred by a friend to use FDS Dispatch and we very satisfied. They delivered the car from California to Texas in great condition. They kept in contact on status of where the car was and when it would be delivered. Would definitely use them again if we ever had to ship another car.
