Finally came

Communication was awful. On December 21st we received notice of tracking number which is the same day delivered. Shipped long after promised day. Never could get answers to many inquiries and. Would never order from Faze Clan again.

Order online 12/2, got tracking info that stated it was to be delivered 12/10. Fedex cant find the box, says since its been almost 3 weeks to have sender file lost package claim. I asked for refund since this was to be a Christmas present. Faze Clan wont issue refund until they get money back from Fedex which can take months. What a joke. Should have known not to do business with a company that has ZERO return/cancellation policy

I am shopping for Christmas gifts for my son. There is absolutely no info on their website to give any clue about expected shipping or arrival dates. No phone # available to speak with anyone. I took a chance and immediately received a confirmation stating that "we are getting your order ready", but that I needed to know that it would not be shipped out before 12-25-19. They also had info frequently asked questions. All purchases are final from the time you place your order. No returns or refunds, and no phone # if there's a problem

My 11 year old saved all his birthday and Christmas money for a sweatshirt. Upon receiving it was too small. The company has a no return or exchange policy which they do not tell you upfront. Once you submit your order it says all sales final! So I have a sweatshirt that doesn't fit a sad disappointed kid with no money! I would give zero stars but was not an option. They don't even deserve 1 star! Scammers!

Terrible service

Ordered a hoodie for my son's birthday on 4/4/19 expecting it to be here before 4/29/18 and haven't even received a working tracking number and it's 4/30/19... wouldn't order anything off this site! Plus they have a no refund policy!

I ordered a Jersey for my sons birthday 3 weeks ago. With in 7 days they sent an email that the order is on its way. Sent me a tracking number from Fedex, which up to today, still shows only the Label has been created and the parcel not collected. I've emailed customer service probably 4 or 5 times over the past week, and not once have they replied. Pathetic customer service! Not #Fazeup, should be #RipOff

I should have read the reviews before purchasing however this is what my nephew wanted for Christmas. Ordered a custom jersey on November 7th. Shipping label finally printed on 11/22 however no additional updates until 12/4 when the USPS tracking number showed the package was finally received by the post office. This after multiple emails assuring me the jersey was already mailed and that a case was being opened by their "brand partner" to look into it. Well today is December 10th, still no jersey or status from FaZe customer service on my allegedly shipped custom order. Next step will be to dispute the charge. Like I said earlier, be warned they are a scam and their customer service is complete garbage.

Don't order from Faze!

Ordered a shirt on 11/25/20 and still waiting for it to be shipped. Funds came out immediately as only limited methods to submit payment. I have received a response from my inquiries blaming the pandemic and that they weren't expecting as high sales volumes. But if youndokt have the merchandise, then don't accept a customers purchase. Also they offer no acceptance for exchanges or returns.

The FaZe boys have really stepped it up! I ordered a while back and it took forever and I could never get a hold of customer service. Now I placed another order for a hoodie that I got with a code they gave me and this time they were on it. I got it in like less than a week and I'm wearing it right now! It is fire! Happy to support the FaZe Clan

I wish I could give this company and the costumer service a zero star. Ordered a package and shipment was confirmed to the wrong address! Faze clan customer service is a joke, they offered me a $10.00 refund for the shipping cost. 2 months later and multiple emails back and forth and I still don't have the product I ordered or a full refund.

It's not even like I live in a whole different country I would expect to already have gotten my hoodie but I haven't even got a tracking number. I downloaded the app arrive but it still says your order is being prepared for shipment

DO NOT PURCHASE from these guys! They play at their young follower's heartstrings and in turn slap them with the crappiest merchandise to gain wealth - it disgusting! My son made a purchase late April and today is June 19th. He's been waiting for this package to finally arrive. He mows some of our friend's/neighbors' lawns to earn some spending money so we let him make this purchase. Yes, I reviewed it and even helped him select it. Seemed legit. The t-shirt's original tag was sloppily cut off and they screen printed their own logo for the tag. The hoodie he purchased came with the print being smeared and melted. They should really be ashamed for taking advantage of their followers and having the nerve to put their name on their merch!

I ordered a sweatshirt on December 9th. On December 10th they took the money out of my account. I never even received a confirmation or anything. On December 21st I still had not received my order. I emailed them and was told ship time is up to 21 days and was offered a 30% off coupon. Why would I want to order something else when I never received my first order? Fast forward to January 18th - I still have not received my order. I emailed them again and was told that the order has now shipped (there was no email communication of this). I have never had such a horrible online experience. There is no phone number to call I had to search for an email. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I don't even want their sweatshirt any longer, but unfortunately they will not let me return it even though they took well over 30 days to ship the product.

I had ordered one of the custom jerseys that they advertised so damn much I finally got one. Well upon ordering my jersey I did not once receive a single follow-up email about my order, not even the order details upon placing your order which kind of seems absolutely ridiculous from an apparel distributor considering you would think that they would allow you to review what you just purchased just in case. Well after finally waiting just about 19 of their business days for my package to arrive when they say "10-15 business days upon date of purchase" it came in as an incorrect size from what I had ordered. By this point, I had realized that this one be my first and last purchase from FaZe as they will wait another 4-5 days to email me back about how all purchases are final. STAY AWAY FROM FAZE APPAREL

I ordered a jersey from FaZe in early November as a Christmas present. It is now December 17th and no shirt, no tracking number, and NO RESPONSE from customer service. I have emailed 4 times, and have not received an answer. What a disappointment! Customer service is A JOKE because it doesn't exist! At this point, the jersey will not get here before Christmas coming from California to the Midwest. BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, plus seeking a charge back on my credit card. FA Ze. If you are reading this, you have a golden opportunity to be big time and you are blowing it! Step UP!

This company is a disgrace, I wish I could rate them a 0! They take your money when they don't have products in stock, they do not meet their own shipping policy window (7-21 business day) and then still try and refuse to cancel your order. They have TERRIBLE customer service and no phone number. I have had to contest all charges and file with the better business bureau. Save yourself the trouble and do not order form this "company". Wish I could leave a picture of their overpriced merch below, but I was charged 5 weeks ago and they haven't even shipped it because they don't have it in stock.

I ordered from the website and didn't receive the item until almost a month later. By that time, my son didn't need the item anymore so I returned it. I called to ask exactly what needed to be done to return an item and the gentleman who answered informed me I needed to call them once the item was delivered to them and ask for a refund. I ask why they couldn't just credit my account once the item was received on their end and his response was I should call them back "to make sure". I've been calling everyday (several times a day) for the last 2 weeks and there has been no answer. I understand they may be extra busy, but really - 2 whole weeks without answering your phone? That's no way to run a business. I planned on buying other things from their website but won't now that I know their customer service is so poor. They do not give you an option to leave a message or send them an email. Again, bad business!

Just DON't SHOP here. This has all the signs of SCAM/bogus site:(

Order confirmation said shipping in 5-7 business days. Still waiting on shipping confirmation. Now they are pointing at FAQ with information not shared during ordering or order confirmation (no refund, no cancel, no exchange, and up to 21 days to ship).

The company behind this site is Wanderset, Inc. That's the name used for Paypal, and likely by credit card companies. Try to cancel through them!
