No they are the worst. They will print a shipping label to keep you quiet for a bit and then lie and tell you it was shipped when in reality all they did was print the shipping label.

I was lucky enough for they refunded me. Please do not let six of us that was unhappy about their service, stop you from getting a nice sweater for your boyfriend. I think there is a lot of people that is very happy with their service.
