We ordered a Kumquat that took months for delivery and only after repeated inquiries.
Ordered a bougainvillea tree for my wife birthday, but it arrived really beaten up with only a few leaves, which ended following the next day. It was replanted, placed on the sun, watered, but it did not come back. We reached out and you guys sent a replacement, which should arrive today, hopefully, this one will make it thru the trip.

Hinoki Cypress trees arrived very healthy to my zone 4-5 garden early fall 2024. They suffered over winter despite being burlaped, but Fast-Growing-Trees honored the warranty, so I've re-ordered.
"Elvis" was terrific in walking me through the process of ordering trees online, which I've never done before. I'm an experienced gardener, but nevertheless was reassured by the 1yr guarantee, and the fact that the cypress were to come (to Minneapolis) container shipped and staked. The three trees were delivered in mint condition to my local nursery crew, who installed them a day later. Two weeks on, with my regular moisture checks, the trees haven't missed a beat! Even at 2 1/2' high for starters, they have lots of personality!

I received a banana plant with all of its leaves broken or collapsed. When I asked for a new one to be sent under the survive and thrive guarantee, I was told I needed to give the plant more time to settle in. When the next leaf finally came out, it did so extremely slowly and then collapsed. While I am certain this plant could have survived much longer, it did not thrive and would not have. Certainly the survive and thrive guarantee does not contemplate that I have to live with a plant, that is the centerpiece of the living room, with collapsed leaves and a generally dead/decaying appearance when that is exactly how it arrived. As a regular customer (this was the fourth banana plant me or my wife purchased) I am extremely disappointed in Fast Growing Trees for failing to honor what seems like a very straightforward guarantee, and a reason I felt confident ordering trees from them as an online plant retailer.
Ordered four trees all did well but one. I like The trees, plant one for each grandchilds first christmas. Love to see them grow with kids
