It was great. Ordered a red blazer maple that is healthy and doing great.

Every item I've bought has arrived safe and healthy, a bit transport dehydrated, easily remedied by a couple of days heavy watering. With one exception, tree roses, arrived in good condition and promptly died. They immediately replaced with another plant, with the same results! They offered refund or store credit. I took the credit bcs I get something from them almost every year!

We bought 11 thuja trees and unfortunately all of them died, we also bought a poplar and that one is thriving like crazy. I contacted customer service and they gave us a discount code for the next purchase.

I have made several orders... each time with high hopes. Customer service is great but plant quality is hit or miss

I had a tree arrive yesterday with a broken leader branch. I submitted a report and they approved a replacement tree within 24 hours.

All the trees I've ordered have been healthy, but 2 died and I thought I had the 1 yr replacement and they said I didn't. I hope they were right. They also said we needed a care bed for the trees and I hadn't heard or read of that before to my knowledge before planting the trees. I wish they would have replaces the 2 that died. My experience of the trees themselves and shipping have been excellent.

Fed ex treats these live plants horribly... Last shipment was delayed for several days and plants were severely jossled around, boxes crushed and plants wilted, i doubt they will survive... not fastgrowing trees fault... you could tell they were packed care... this might be my last order though...

After placing my initial order both of my trees arrived split in half. I sent the box back with the driver right away. The company then mailed me one replacement tree, however, the tree died a few weeks after I received it. I'm still waiting on the second tree to ship because it is out of stock. I have a big vegetable garden and multiple fruit trees and bushes and have never had these kind of issues before. However, not a great experience overall I would not recommend.

A friend ordered two Mango trees for our new home. They came packaged meticulously and are growing so well, we decided to order additional trees for our 6 acres in FL.

FastGrowingTrees is probably 25-40% cheaper than I've seen for plants locally and it comes right to my doorstep. I love the year guarantee since Milwaukee can have some harsh winters.

All purchases over several years have been exceptional.

I don't like going yet another app/shopify to access my longstanding fastgrowingtrees account so I'm just going to rely on my existing paypal and coming/going thru FGT as a guest to avoid the hassle. Plus the discount codes are dropped as you check out.

Ordered in June. Upon delivery, one plant dead on arrival. Another not received - a different plant was in the delivery that was not ordered. No communication about delayed replacement.
It's September 3rd and plants supposed to arrive today.
In the meantime, two of the plants that were received are dying.

I ordered just one plant that came in top condition. I'm buying two more today.

Purchasing trees and shrubs off the internet was new and a bit different for me, I like to look and feel what I'm purchasing but my trees arrived on time and in great shape.

Typically receive items nicely packed and in good shape within reasonable time frame
