I ordered to Areca palms for our office, from the online description it seemed they would do well in an indoor setting with minimal, but not direct light from a nearby window. After a week the palms began yellowing and leaving turning brown and crumpling. I called customer service and they were very helpful and kind and they made some suggestions of things to try. So we will see if they work and if I am able to get a refund if need be after the 30 days like they said I could.
Endless spam. I was happy I found trees I wanted, but a month later I regret I bought anything from this company. They are like crying babies, take way too much of my attention with their endless spam.

The three blackberries are doing good and the two hanging baskets of strawberries are doing well, but the apricot tree is not. All the leaves have fallen off and nothing has grown since the tree seems to be alive still but not sure, it has been over a month now and she just sits there like she can't make up her mind if she is alive or dead.

Ordered 3 trees, all arrived in soil wrapped in a burlap sack, soil was loose in all sacks. One tree in fair condition and looks like it may make it, one is struggling with only a few leaves left on it, and one looks like it has died, but I have not give up on it yet. Spent good money hoping I could get some good trees that would plant and catch good.
The customer service person is kind and handle my complaint in professional matter, however; I gave a poor rank for my shopping experience with fast growing trees. I bought trees from you twice and unfortunately, you keep send me tree in dormant phase. My order was placed in the spring and you sent me the trees in the spring so I am expecting to see some growing leaves on the trees, however; both my orders delivered in dormant phase and the trees still in "dormant condition" even though I planted them 3 weeks ago.

Ordered and received 3 trees, two shrubs and they were exactly as expected and in great condition. Impulsively ordered 2 more shrubs and then realized they were not going to fit in the only place they'd receive enough sun, and had to cancel. Customer service was understanding and great. Highly recommend for both experiences!

I received my trees packed tightly in a cardboard box. The first 4 were fine enough, the others on the bottom were badly damaged - branches bent or broken. There was also one tree missing from my order. I responded in the portal as requested that day (well within the 48 hours) including pictures. No response, so I submitted 2 subsequent times and again, no response. Tried email which was rejected by their server. I am working with another similar online nursery and have had a completely different experience-responsive and understanding that products get damaged and always willing to make it right. I also bought plant I insurance- don't bother, it's a waste of money! I regularly shop online for almost everything (from Amazon to specialty sites) This is one of the worse online experiences I have ever had!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
