Fast Growing, but slow arriving! Don't order if you have any trips planned over the next couple of weeks!

Through a combination of Fast Growing Trees and FedEx, the trees arrived the morning after I left for 3 day weekend holiday. The original estimated arrival date on the order was well in advance - 2 weeks! Nearing the holiday I called a representative - Elvis M - and they advised the plants would most assuredly arrive before the holiday.

Additionally, the box has been opened by FedEx for inspection and looked like they'd gone through airport security - banged up and busted.

When I called to file a complaint with the company, they directed me to fill out a ticket, that they had no ability to file one for me and tried to get me off the phone as quick as possible.

I filed an online ticket with photos. They replied they needed more photos. Really? No, I'm fine. I'll order elsewhere in the future.

Website is easy to navigate, process is easy and shipping is timely. Products arrive in good condition with proper packaging and healthy plants.

Everything looks great hopefully I can hold up on my end

My 3 hazelnut trees arrived broken about half way up the main "trunk"

I bought 4 lemon trees and a pineapple plant, the lemon trees came healthy but smallish. However they have grown a lot and are doing well now. The pineapple plant I wasn't happy with, it came with very damaged leaves and they did replace it, BUT I had to cover the shipping... I didn't think that was right they should have replaced the plant without issue especially considering I sent pictures of the damaged leaves and I did wait for for a month hoping the plant would come back on its own and take off as the Lemon trees did.

Good size healthy tree, well packed, arrived on time and in good condition.

Our order arrived in poor condition and fast growing trees replaced the damaged product very fast. We sent pictures of the plant and the company reviewed them and notified us that the replacement plants were being shipped

I have purchased several trees, bushes, and plants. I keep going back because of the variety and the quality of the product.

Tree arrived in great condition, had about 15 figs, planted it, and is doing very well, if it survives the winter and I get figs next year I will buy another one.

The person I spoke with on the phone to place my order was very professional, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I placed my order and my three trees came about four or five days from my order day. The trees were in excellent shape when I received them. I was happy that included with the trees were specific instructions on how to plant, how much they should be watered, and what fertilizer to use when it was time to fertilize them (also in the instructions). To my surprise there was a $10 off coupon for my next order. I will be ordering again just to use my $10 coupon and now that I know the trees were in great shape (packaging was wonderful) when I received them.

We got a 5-6 ft honey crisp apple tree. It was exactly the size they described online, unfortunately it arrived with the main trunk broken. When I contacted customer service, they were easy to reach and to work with. They replaced the tree immediately, with no questions asked. The only thing they requested were photos of the broken tree, which is completely understandable. Very pleased with them, I would recommend to friends!

I ordered two wisteria trees which arrived in less than 3 days. They were almost 4 feet tall and very healthy. The packaging was secure and not damaged even a little during transit. I was very impressed and will be ordering more trees from them next season.

Can't wait to plant this healthy tree. It already has new growth

The three bushes that I purchased were delivered in poor condition and are struggling to acclimate now that they are planted.

The hydrangeas I ordered were so small. They were shipped and packaged beautifully but for the price I expected larger plants

They always ship fast, for obvious reasons, and the trees/plants are always perfect.

Even though I reported that my tree had not survived the winter past the one year deadline they chose to send a replacement. I'm hoping that through my efforts it will survive.

I bought three different plants and one arrived damaged. After discussing with customer service they sent me a new one. Fast and efficient shipping. Very happy with plants.
