My mom loves persimmons tree so I placed an online order on 07/27/21, the total payment of $157.10 was put onto my credit card ($119.95 persimmon tree; $29.95 shipping & $7.20 taxes). After learning from my mom that I had ordered the wrong tree, I immediately call to cancel my order within the next 2 days. After talking to a customer representative, I got the run around to contact FedEx, and was told that it's not in their system and that the tree was still at the orchard. So, I finally got through FedEx and FastGrowingTree, by now it was 3x each side. My order was cancelled and I received refund back $119.95 which did not include shipping/taxes I'm just a little discouraged by the whole process and now I'm out of $37.15. I'm not sure if I would dare to order more from FGT as this experience has not been a great one for me.

I didn't like the look of one of the trees I had purchased. I contacted customer service, sent them a picture of the tree, and they replaced it immediately.

Expensive plants that arrive dead. The warranty is a joke and the 30 days guarantee still requires you to pay inflated "shipping" fees in order to receive replacement plants.

My order was for one pomegranate tree and one brown turkey fig tree. The pomegranate tree was over 3' and the fig was a foot and a half. Incredibly, they were packaged together in the long box needed by the pomegranate and the fig wasn't secured. The fig went on walkabout during shipping and arrived badly damaged and deformed.
I'm not an expert plant shipper but I never would have packaged the two together without securing the fig to the base of the pomegranate so it couldn't be hurt in the inevitable jostling incurred during transit. FGT gets the rating it has because they didn't give me a runaround on the fig and sent another one several days later. I'd taken many pix but they didn't even want to see them. I now have two figs and am happy about that but this isn't a good thing for the bottom line at FGT.
The condition of the plants ordered were very unhealthy and damaged.

Shopping was pretty easy especially for a not so tech sauvy person. Trees arrived in great shape considering the condition of the shipping boxes. They are planted and doing well.
We ordered a blue wonder spruce from FastGrowingTrees. The tree arrived in just a few days and had detailed instructions related to planting and care. Will be purchasing more from this company.

My tree arrived a bit fatigued from it's trip. But after l let it pout in the shade for a few days l put it in the sun. Now it's as happy as I am. It's leaves are growing towards the sky

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
