I've had several orders and all have been great delivery and product. Follow their instructions for nice, healthy plants and trees and you won't be disappointed.
I purchased a 5-6ft EXCLAMATION! London Planetree. The shipping was delayed by 1 day in transit. The tree arrived and it was indeed about 5-6 feet. The base trunk was quite small but I did not measure it. The leaves were mostly green and overall while small it looked like a nice tree. I kept the tree in a shady location and watered it the first day. I planted the tree the following day. The tree was rootbound and I followed the directions to free the roots. Within the 1st week all the leaves fell off except for 3. I think the tree is still alive because there are many green buds on the trunk. I suspect transporting the tree in the mail shocked the tree, which caused the leaves to fall off. I did not buy the one year insurance on the tree. It is early Sept 2021 and Autumn is coming so I don't know if the tree will grow any more leaves this year. I plan to continue to water the tree regularly and hope that it comes blazing to life next Spring. With this 1st experience I am hesitant to purchase another tree in the mail. 3 stars because I honestly don't know if the tree will survive.
Placed an order for close to $1000 in trees. Trees never arrived. At least FGT refunded my money, but I really just wanted trees.
The tree was as promised and even had some blooms to confirm the color. It was well packaged and arrived in great condition
The fishtail palm I received was beat up (not in shipping as it was packed well). It had broken brown leaves, rust spots all over the leaves, white spots everywhere and a heavy bug infestation. I reported this and they immediately sent me another one. However it wasn't much better. There weren't as many bugs on the second tree but there were yellow stripes on the leaves and brown dead bits. I would guess it might be from sometimes over watering it and sometimes under watering it. If I had to describe the trees in one word it would be shabby. I spent several hours over several days wiping the leaves down to try and remove all the bugs under the leaves. Then I wiped the leaves down again with vinegar and water to try and remove the white calcium spots. Then I sprayed it with insecticide and wiped the top and bottom of the leaves with it to kill and remove the remaining bugs. It stayed outside for several days before I felt it was safe to bring into my house with my other houseplants. The trees look better now, but it took a lot of work and they still don't look lush like the ones in their photos.

Very disappointed after lots of consideration I finally made my first purchase with FGT. I ordered 2 3-4 ft. Nellie stevens holly, I planned on purchasing two packs of ten to do the perimeter of yard. They arrived timely, however they were in awful condition. They both were covered with an excessive amount of white mildew powder and infested with live pests. There were eggs all over leaves and bugs crawling. Also there were webs. After sending pictures in an email and calling, I was assured the replacements would be better. The replacements were disappointingly also in bad shape, not as bad but pests, eggs, mildew, webs were all present. Very very disappointed but I did receive a full refund in a timely manner. I will try once more. Definitely a different tree/plant. Hope it will be better if not three times your out.

I ordered a tree for my cousin that just lost her mom. It happened to be her moms favorite. She told me her mom had a matching one. She loved it. It came quick and nicely packaged. It also already had a blossom on it. It was very easy to order and had great advice on what trees grow where as well as information about the roots.

I liked the viewing of the trees I was trying to find. Only thing was if there could of been four pack full grown pictures of the items as well as the seasonal pictures.

Trees died in boxes. Leaves were dry when boxes arrived. I planted them immediately and watered them, but I do not think they will survive

I bought a star magnolia and received plant is short time. Although I immediately planted tree when I received it, star magnolia was in extreme shock and did nothing for over a month. I informed company and sent photos. They sent me another star magnolia with more roots and now has new leaves on it. (Good customer service) However, both star magnolias are only about foot tall so price was very expensive for such a small tree. (Too pricey)
I have purchased butterfly bushes, a rainbow eucalyptus and a lime tree in separate orders.
All arrived quickly and in good condition.
All are still alive and doing better than plants and trees I've purchased locally!
(The shrubs are thriving despite a delay in being planted by about a week, and during a particularly hot and dry spell this summer.)
I plan to continue to purchase from this company.
I purchased several trees to plant before leaving town to go back to school and after about a week of waiting(far more than I expected) the first of three boxes arrived and it was crushed and had holes on the box so I rejected the delivery and was very disappointed. The other two boxes were never attempted to be delivered I'm not sure if that is from me rejecting the first one or if it was a problem with fedex. Now it's been over a week I'm out of town and I've had a phone conversation with fast growing trees about when I should be expecting my refund and so far I haven't gotten a single word back from them. Extremely disappointing service so far as the customer I should have been refunded by now I understand it takes time but after more than a week and a phone call and the fact that I never accepted the package I'm beginning to really lose patience.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
