I've been ordering trees and bushes for a few years now. Great trees!

All trees came delivered in good shape, packaging was a little iffy but they made it and are still alive and it's been a year.

This is my 3rd purchase and everything I've ever gotten from them has been beautiful and lively! Thank you for being such a wonderful company!

Received tree as expected. I planted shortly after receipt in a spot that gets several hours of sun per day. And watered daily. A couple of weeks later the tree has only a few leaves so I watch to see if it needs more time to adjust. After 4-5 weeks it still is losing leaves. I contact the company, showing pictures of the tree since it has a 60 day guarantee and they tell me to water it daily, add mulch, etc. I've done that and the tree still has a few leaves on it and now is past the warrantee. I don't think that was customer friendly and I won't jeopardize spending more money with this company. I understand that this is a living item and its well being can't be predicted but for the cost I would expect more hardiness. This was purchased as a memorial for our infant granddaughter so REALLY want it to live.

I bought a small plum tree -- I thought it had perished but continued to water and care for it. Within weeks, it had come back strong and leafed out. It's gown quickly once established!

Most, if not all, my outdoor plants I ordered last year did not make it within the first 6 months. They were delivered damaged or halfway dead. Delivery isn't a company problem, that's the shipping company being careless, but the life of my plant shouldn't be too far gone to be saved. I'm hoping the indoor plants are better.

This was my first order with FGT. No trouble with the order, shipping or planting. Unfortunately a few of the trees didn't survive the planting. The FGT team helped me thru the claim procedure and FGT has replaced all of the dead trees.

I plan to order more next year to complete the privacy wall. The fast growing arborvitaes should work well. The cost was very reasonable.

Price is fair however shipping needs improvement. Boxes were really beat up and some broken branches.

The fig tree that I have received was in very poor condition. My only choice I was offered is to wait for new stock or store credit! I asked for a substitution but, I got the same email (copy paste) that I only have 2 choices. I had to choose store credit.

I have ordered 4 times from your company and each time the plants arrived perfect and healthy

Quickly got back to us under the one year guarantee and credited our account with the purchase price to allow us to get new trees.

After receiving my order i called as it looked like it was dyeing. Sent pic and they assured me it was just shedding leaves as the plant was going into hibernation. Advised to keep and eye out for any branches beaking off and turning black. I was to contact them for more advice or possible replacement.

Trees were delivered to my door on time and healthy
