I can't tell if it is a good sign or not that my previous order was accepted but was never shipped owing to quality control issues.
I have to send in my photos, but a significant amount of my order did not live. I hope I can still be either reimbursed or given new trees to try again. In the future, I will have to order older trees maybe.

90 % of all the plants I have purchased through this site have been dead on arrival or died shortly after. When I have reached out about replacement I have gotten the absolute run around. I will never use this site again I will never recommend your site to anyone.
We list a few tree (shrubs) from 2 previous orders. Hopefully we will have better results with this one. The ones we lost were from an order in Spring of 2024 and Spring of 2025 I think.

1. Website clarity. You have to jump thru an extra hoop to get your discounts applied. They show the entire order with discounts and then the PAY HERE button then takes you to Pay Pal where you pay the FULL price. You need to go to a second page and check out TWICE and then apply the discount code.
2. I had to wait 24 minutes to talk to someone and at that point I opted for the text and, while I prefer a conversation on the phone with a person for genuine personal interaction, I settled for texting and the gentleman helped right away.
Plants always come nicely packaged and everything we have bought has done well!
