My order arrived on 3 different days. Boxes bent, upside down and thrown on top of each other which caused damage to some of the trees. Fed Ex was supposed to file a report or complaint, but I never heard back from them.
I ordered several plants to add to a landscape project for this fall. Plants wrre packed well and shipped right away arriving healthy and thriving. Will definitely purchase more in the Spring.

Asked customer service for a straight tree with a viable root ball and was told they can't make notes on the replacement request...shouldn't that be the goal, anyway? 2nd replacement had only 3 branches alive, but very crooked. Ended up buying local. I will NEVER trust this company again.
I've used FastGrowingTrees on several occasions and have always had a good experience. This last time, I ordered two olive trees. They were shipped in the same box and one was the saddest looking little olive tree (named it "Charlie") to begin with — but also the root ball had been damaged in shipping due to the secured strap coming loose. I gave it a go anyway and I could tell Charlie was not going to make it. I contacted FastGrowingTrees with photos and an explanation — and they immediately arranged for a new tree to be sent but suggested I wait for it to be shipped in cooler month. Mid September and the new tree arrived — it's perfect. Great experience!

All four of the blueberry shrubs were significantly damaged. Whoever packed them for shipping broke the top 10 ro 12 inches of the 3 yr old shrubs to fit them in the shipping box. Branches were also broken at the crown, which is extreme damage in my opinion.
I ordered a deador cedar and 2 bush blueberries. They came healthy and are doing well in their pots. I am very please with the product.

2023 tree winter of 2024 and it was replaced free but arrived smashed up and almost dead. So that tree was replaced with another free tree.

Excellent service. After placing my order I found what I was looking for locally. I made one phone call and my order was canceled and my refund was the same day. I did place the order after hours and made my call when the store opened the next morning. I can't speak for their products but customer service is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company.
The avocado tree I bought lost all its leaves. It was planted and watered properly. It was protected during hot times in the summer.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
