I'm not much of a plant person, but I am trying. I really like my fiddle fig. Is beautiful. I repotted mine right away and I think that helps a lot.
After many shipments I finally received plantable bushes. The finial set of bushes were on the small side but at least they were in plantable condition. They were nice bushes in the end.
Plant arrived in a timely fashion. However, packaging was such that plant was completely dislodged from container. Plant in the container was approximately 2 ft tall. The box that it arrived in was around 5 ft long. There was a tie band placed which secured the container on one end and the plant and dirt were catapulted to the opposite end resulting in bent and broken plant parts.
Trees seem like they are healthy and in good shape. We'll see how they turn out in the Spring. A few of my trees didn't arrive on time and a few arrived damaged. After a quick phone call, replacement trees were ordered and updated shipping information for the missing trees was provided. Replacement trees and missing trees arrived on time. I was also given a significant refund for my troubles. So the overall process wasn't the best but the response to the issues I experienced was great.
I had my trees replace three time because they arrived broke in half. I had no problem getting replacements from the company. They were very sorry and I got my trees replaced in the same week. Love this company and how honest this company is.

All the plants and flowers ordered from you died. I received wilted plants and some with broken stems. I was unable to save and revive the plants and flowers. Sorry, but this upset me very much, I was left without flowers and lost money. I am sure that climatic conditions must be taken into account when transporting plants. I live in Nevada, where it is very hot.
Ordered three butterfly bushes and they arrived quickly and in good condition. Planted right away and they are thriving so far.

The first orange tree I received lost Al it leaves when I repotted it. I did it strictly by their instructions. I notified them and sent pictures and they replaced it at once. The new one is thriving. I think the first one may recover because it is putting out sprouts. Will buy from this company again.
Checked out the website to find an indoor tree i could grow. They had a sale and good reviews so took a chance. The plant arrived on time and packaged well. Bought a lime tree and had one white flower within the first month. I was thrilled I had kept it alive long enough to bloom. Happy with my purchase and will buy again for spring.

I am very pleased with the tree I received from Fast Growing Trees. It is in very good shape and healthy looking. It has been very dry here for the last 2 to 3 months, so I made sure I filled a 5 gallon pail with water every other day, with a small in the bottom, so it would slowly water the tree. In the last week we have gotten 5 inches of rain. I can't wait to see it when it is fully grown.
Rose arrived nearly dormant and within a couple of Calif warmer weeks, it was full of leaves and blooms.
I was worried upon receipt of my rose bushesā¦.the boxes were very beat up/damaged. But I planted all the bushes first thing the next morning and they are already blooming!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
