When my tree came it was dry and no leaves at all and looked like a twig. I complained to FGT.COM and asked if I could send it back and get my money back. They sent a new tree which was fine as well. Two weeks after receiving my new tree which did have leaves the original tree started sprouting new leaves. I attempted to contact FGT but no one responded. So I have 2 cherry trees and both are growing fine. All I can say to the buyer...be patient and wait for a couple of weeks before starting to complain. I will continue buying from FGT. I'm what matters to them...I like that perfect customer service.
The Hass Avocado Tree I ordered dint make it R.I.P Hass. So, I submitted a warranty request, and Fast-Growing Trees sent me another tree real fast, BUT it was a Purple Wisteria. So, I ask Ms. Purple Wisteria where is Mr. Hass Avocado? Poor thing she was so worn out from the trip- she couldn't respond, so I sorted her out and made Fast-Growing Trees aware of the mistake and they sent me Mr. Hass Avocado. They let me keep Ms. Purple Wisteria, and sent me a discount coupon, for goods to sort them both out, so I'm good.
The sweetbay magnolia arrived securely boxed and the leaves looked good. The top of the tree was snapped off though. It was clearly a little too long for the box and they had tried to bend the top of the tree to make it fit, but instead it ended up topping the tree

This hose is superior to the pocket hose you see at Home Depot or Ace Hardware! Those spring leaks and are not hearty. These are made so much better. A little more money but you save in the long run but not having to replace the hose. So glad I found this model.

I ordered some trees and the shipping company delivered to the wrong house. I was fighting with them and they had an open ticket but no one ever got back to me. I contacted fast growing trees customer service and they were extremely helpful and sent me another shipment of the trees I was missing the very next day.
Ordering was easy and delivery was as desired. Trees looked good upon arrival with one having leave curled and dry around edges. All three trees were planted in the front yard on south side using the same material and received the same Watering. The one tree with leaves never recovered to condition of other two. It's leaves continued to Curl and turn brown. Attempted more and less watering with no improvement. As first freeze approached, the trunks were wrapped to help insulate tree. First snow occurred on 11/5 and two trees still had maroon leaves while other trees leaves had all fallen off with exception of a couple kon lowest branches.
Hopefully, Spring will find all three budding and growing if not I may need the one replaced. After reading up on the tree type I think it may have had a scale infestation.

Did not do my homework well enough, there are much better pricings out there. 3-4 feet trees came in about the same size as 5-6 feet, while 5-6 feet costs 3 times as much. Shipping was confusing and did not get all the trees at once. First shipment arrived one day early at 8pm and i had to sign something in the dark. Then, when i called the next day for the missing items, i was told my shipment has not been sent. I generally think the trees are way over priced.
I asked for a specific tree they gave it to me I would call the experience smooth and fast The trees were very healthy beautiful trees my got my moneys worth

We had an apple tree in our Ohio yard and I wanted to have that again. I used the chat service on site and got advice regarding what to plant, how to plant, and even when to plant! I thought I would have to wait until Spring but Fast Growing Trees reassured me there was still time for them to take root in our planting zone. I was also instructed to choose at least 2 different types of apple trees because they will not self pollinate. The trees are even on warranty! It has been a month since planting and they are doing great! I hope to be harvesting apples in a year or 2.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
