Before discovering your company, I explored local options and shopped online. Most local stores were much more expensive and had limited stock. I also reached out to other online companies, but their support was far from helpful. Several are actually close for the winter. Then I found you. Your technical support was exceptional, and every plant I received arrived in excellent condition and on time. The obvious care and consideration you give to each plant is evident.
However, I did experience issues with FedEx deliveries. Between early December and late January, I placed several orders, and FedEx delayed some shipments by 8 to even 10 days. One shipment was held in their warehouse for 10 days, and by the time it arrived, plants were wilted and damaged. They were however promptly replaced by Fast GrowingTrees. I have a deep appreciation for plants and genuinely enjoy working with them, so it hurts to see them mishandled due to negligence.
The tree I ordered for a gift has not even shipped yet but I still keep getting all these emails. No idea what the tree looks like or even if it will be earth and grow. Tree doesn't ship until 2/20.
Ordered two lemon trees 3 years ago. Had 150 myers lemons last fall. Just ordered orange trees and so far it's beautiful. Haven't set outside as of yet but it's so healthy. I know I will have just as much success. Best place I have bought plants. Thank you
I purchased seven trees. All of them were in good health and the correct size. Unfortunately, we experienced a snowstorm right after receiving them which caused a three-week delay in planting. However, they all survived and have since been planted and growing. Very nice trees. The company packed them nicely for shipping which made a huge difference.

I've been scammed by FGT - TWICE. I ordered an indoor house plant on Jan 4, charged on Jan 6 and (after being lied to - twice), not only have I not received the item, they refuse to refund me.
I was excited to send a lemon bush to friends for the holidays. Unfortunately the plant shipped more than 3 weeks late with no communication or heads up when it would ship. Poor customer experience.

I ordered 2 lemon trees that were supposed to ship within two days. They never shipped and I contacted the company several times and they kept saying they will ship to give it time even though by that point it had been over a week. After waiting some more without any update I canceled my order.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift in December. It is now February and while I have received at least 50 promotional emails and an invitation to rate my experience, I have no received the tree.
No tree ever arrived. I sent it as a Christmas gift. I live in Italy and my daughter in Chicago loves Meyer lemons. Ha! I don't know if you are a real company or why the tree never arrived but stop sending me letters on how the plant is doing since it never existed.

I have purchased several trees over several orders and there is nothing bad I can say about everything so far. I had a tree arrive broken (due to shipping, not Fast Growing Trees) and it was replaced without question immediately. I had a contractor run over that replacement tree (I was sad) and the re-order was during the freezing cold that we normally never have and Fast Growing Trees held on to it until the shipping conditions were right and the 2nd replacement was delivered beautifully. Fast Growing Trees has been terrific and I have many more trees to order and they will be my go-to from now on.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
