Fast service. Trees received are exceptional. Packaging is great. Instructions are clear.
Order took a while to get to me because we are extremely rural... but arrived better than I was expecting! Beautiful trees! Great company would recommend to all and plan on more orders!
I was very pleased with my purchase. My trees came in sooner than expected.
Wait till I receive my order o don't even get a email to say it's shipped yet
I never received my fig tree. After three weeks I called.and was told my order was canceled. The woman said she did not know why. Then she said it's on backorder. Too many games for me.The agent could care less about customer service and did not work with me to make it right. Don't waste your time.
We live between two ridgelines that create a rainshadow from both the east and west. Late summer drought can kill young trees in this neighborhood of NE Tennessee. Deer pressure is also intense. I grow cherries and peaches. Fast growing trees are the ONLY product I've been able to grow here. In two years, the trunks are as thick as a 6yr old tree from ANY other supplier. I use guards now but a big buck can't strip enough bark to kill my 2yr old trees. I had some bear damage on one tree. Healed up quick and strong without disease.
Bush arrived in good shape. It was smaller than I expected, but that leaves more room to grow. The company responded to my inquiry about the shipment date, and I got plant the next day after the email with tracking number.
On February 23rd I submitted an online request regarding a shipment that I received (Satsuma Plum) that came in damaged. The automatic response was that I would receive a response to my email within 72 hours. It has been 144 hours since I submitted the inquiry.
Will I get a response regarding my inquiry?
Still waiting on completion of my order. Received 1 of 3 and haven't received any recent updates as to when I will receive the remaining items.
Believe I was charged full price for all 3 but as noted only received one.
I have ordered twice now and both times have received. Healthy plants. I order from Fast Growing Trees because I was looking for unusual fruiting plants. The only place I had seen then they only had tiny cutting at exorbitant prices. I recieved 3 gallon established plant that are ready to fruit. I'm super happy with my purchases.
Haven't received my tree yet. I Was told it is delayed but no reason given.
Great quality plants, I've bought dozens of plants from FGT and they all arrive well packaged and ready to plant. Even the ones that look a little beat up rally once they are in the ground!
I was never informed that the tree I ordered in December would be delayed because of fires and transport delays. After 3-4 tries I was told of the delays in late Jan. Tracking then said the tree was at the warehouse ready for shipping. A few days later, it was still sitting there. After another complaint, I got an apology saying that tree was lost and a new one was being sent. It arrived a couple of weeks later. It looked decidedly distressed. I was told to have patience and see how it looked in 4-6 weeks. Frustrating to say the least. But hope it will all turn out well.
I didn't find out until about a month after placing my order that shipment had been delayed because of the fires in CA. That email came a week after I called and was told I would get an answer within 24 hours. Nothing. Last week I was told that the tree would be shipped later that week and I would get an email with a new order number. Again, nothing. I've sent another inquiry. We'll see.
I've limited time to enjoy creating in my garden. Having beautiful plants delivered during the week and waiting for me on the weekends is something I value very much. Careful packaging and good looking trees had been my experience. A good value too. 👍🏻
The Crape Myrtle is looking good. However, the cold hardy pomegranate lasted one week and quickly died.
I have ordered many trees and plants over the years. I have always received the best looking healthy plants. When I need additional information, I can always access it online. If I need extra help, I always get to visit with someone helpful. Recently I needed some help and was taken care of immediately, and she was very knowledgeable and kind. I like to support my local garden centers, but I can't always find what I'm looking for, FastGrowingTrees always has what I'm looking for. I have two new trees that will be delivered the first part of April.
I ordered and received climbing hydrangeas which I kept separate from other plants (I usually do this with new plants). They fairly quickly showed signs of spider mites. I called and they were replaced. The new plants almost immediately showed signs of spider mites. I am certain that the replacement plants had mites, were not treated and the signs of mites were cut off/removed. Luckily I kept the plants separate from my other plants. I decided to try to treat the mites but the replacement plants also died. (Probably due to shipping and immediately treating) When the plants died I was told I should have immediately called. I guess so they could send more infected plants.
Took time to help us with our order and insuring we buy what will grow in our zone.
As with the previous Avocado tree you sent, it has lost all its leaves, and I have it in the garage under grow lights hoping it will make it.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
