My package was incorrectly delivered to wrong address. I couldn't identify the house, I almost went to every street in my area searching for my package. I also noticed damage to some branches.
I have purchased over 30 trees in the past year and every one of them are strong and healthy. And FGT had a couole of varieties that no one else had.The website is easy to use, the trees come wonderfully packaged and the roots are super well developed.
I recommend Fast Growing Trees to my neighbors and they have planted over 30 trees as well and had one replaced in just a couple days as one tree had a broken main branch. Talk about great service!
I'd write more but FGT is having a sale and I want more trees!
The product shipped quickly as described. The rose tree is already blooming out. The grasses were a little worse for wear. Hopefully they will start bouncing back soon.

It was great until this last order. I asked the to delay shipment, they said they could. They ship 1 order anyway and it was short. 2 trees. The second order should have shipped 2/1 when I checked it still hadn't been processed. On a good note I am enjoying my trees so far and I'm sure they will fix this issue
I ordered 2 trees. They both had nearly been shaken from their pots. Avacado tree leaves were in bad shape but your advice was to give them time to come around. Reached out for help as it did not come around. Leaves are dying and falling off.
Hunted around a large area to find this palm. Not a fan of purchasing a plant site unseen but compared trees to what was available. Received this plant 4 days after ordering in great health planted it 2 days after receiving it. Have been treating it exactly the way we were advised and so far so great. Others that offer this young palm want twice the money for half the tree. Thank you Fast growing trees!
Plants I ordered were sold out. Was able to refund my original purchase and purchase a different variety. Everything went well with the customer service and what not. Dinging one star for the following reasons:
1. The original person I talked to did not say that my original purchase was sold out. They made it sound like they were sending me the plants later because of the weather and growing conditions. If she had been honest I could have gotten the issue squared away sooner.
2. Your system should not have allowed me to purchase a plant that was not in stock OR I should have received an email/notice while purchasing saying there would be a delay in shipping. I only figured it out when the plants never came. This is unacceptable.
I've been ordering for several years now, and they have been a great company to work with. They have quality products at good prices, and their customer service is easy to work with. They have gone out of their way to make sure that I have the plants I need when I need them.
I've ordered several plants and they have all done well. They arrive in great condition, only one seemed to have arrived in not great shape (had fallen out of the pot during shipping) but it is now in my garden and doing great.
Recently got hydrangeas for my Mom and they all arrived as just sticks, few weeks later and they are starting to look like actual bushes.

I have ordered fig, raspberry, and orange. I have not received the orange yet. And so far the ones I have are just barely in bud - they are inside with grow lights.
The flowers I bought came in seedling form. They are so small I wonder if they will even bloom this year. Also under grow lights inside.

On website I was able to choose a tree, look at the tree's requirements and if it was a good fit for my area. Then order and pay easily. Also a plus was a phone number to talk to a live person, or chat online.
I reached out to FastGrowingTrees.com customer service as I was promised a coupon and didn't receive it. I then wanted to add items to a wish list to get my mind wrapped around all of the plants I want this year for my new property. I was told because of 'Shopify' I was unable to make an account that I would not receive a coupon and that I was free to make a purchase but unable to make an account. It is not my fault why there is an issue, not my fault they have issues with their website, but yet I did not receive what was advertised to me. I was told to 'monitor the website for account creation' as a remedy; that is over burdensome and I will not come back.
My neighbor purchased the same arborvitae for $25 and they were larger than the ones we received from Fast Growing Plants… we paid $169 for one 5' tree… I understand the convenience of delivery and packaging but I should have researched more and picked up my own… thanks
The trees arrived in perfect condition. My cat particularly likes the box they came in. I have planted them in terracotta pots, and they seem to be doing well so far however it has only been a couple of weeks.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
