So far our tree is awsome and there are no problems with it. I planted it the same day we got it just how the instructions told us to plant it and so far it is a beautiful tree. We cant wait to see it next spring as it is getting more leaves on it now.

This company puts to much into marketing and not enough into their products. How about you send nice lush trees. Not a stick with a few buds growing on it. You won't change. I trusted you with my money, that you would send me a product worth my time and money. You did not. You didn't trust me when I told you of your crappy shipping service broke all the trees you sent. Trust goes both ways. You failed.

My plant arrived with yellowing and brown leaves. On closer inspection there were webs on the leaves and small bugs in them. I sent pictures to customer service but no response back.

Get a full refund. Very poor communication. I was told that my order would ship in no more than a few weeks and it's been months with no word. I've had to go out of my way to contact you guys, and I'm only ever told that my order hasn't shipped yet.
Warranty says they'll replace a dead tree, but when you try to get a replacement they'll tell you it's just shedding. Then when you keep emailing for your warranty they'll give you a store credit, not replacement. Store credit does nothing if you're going charge $20 for shipping.

All the trees and plants arrived in good condition. Since we ordered near the end of winter, there were no buds yet, which was expected. We were able to plant them quickly and found the care instructions sent via email extremely helpful, especially for guidance on planting and watering. The tree I bought (fig) arrived with a broken main branch, is not a healthy robust plant at all and probably isn't going to make it. Dead hollow branches as well. Also very small for a 3 gallon plant, Most of the roots were exposed. Should know better than to buy from a company on line, my mistake, will buy local in the future. Will not recommend you. I filled out one of these evals previously and did not hear from you. Probably won't again.

I ordered 5 Korean Lilacs. The plants arrived in great condition, packaged very well, and I am confident that they will survive and thrive. I am planting all 5 of them along a fence, one per 8 foot panel. 4 plants are very full and well shaped, while #5 is noticeably smaller, shorter, and not as full. I hope that the runt surprises me by catching up to the other 4 to create the best look.
It's the first of April. These trees standing tall three weeks later and showing great promise. Trees are everything they promised. Hydrangeas are nestled so sweetly in their beds and doing what wee ones doo... sleep. They've doubled in height and I can see they want to be like the other pretty girls real soon. Looks like upside-down ring toss was played with the shipment. Very appreciated at the placement of zip tie at the base of the tree. I think it is the only reason the tree is still alive. I gently arranged the dirt in the container moved it by a grow light and gave it some water. Most of the leaves have fallen off but it is still hanging on. Once the weather breaks and I can move it to the garden for the summer it will rebound and do fine.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
