Still waiting on an order from 4/22. Shipping is suppose to be 1-2 days. I was told they were behind but this is bad. I am going out for hand surgery and by the time they arrive I will have to hire someone to plant my order.

We recently purchased about 35 Full Speed a-hedge, some boxwoods, and butterfly bushes. All went well on the ordering. Shipping company lost one box, but FGT made it right and quickly resolved. All plants are doing well as expected. I will continue to be a customer for years to come. I've shared FGT website with others around the area and even outside our area. One family purchased about 50 arborvitae trees. Another few neighbors have also and are similarly happy.
The trees were shipped amazingly well. As soon as they were planted, they took off. We were attacked by deer, but they have made a come back.

I was sold 2 cherry trees that was not for my zone and both died. I was first told that I would get a refund but when I finally got service they only offered a credit that I could only buy something that I didn't want. And when I went to order I picked items on sale but when I went to check out they charged full price. I had to go back and delete items and still had to pay an additional $10 plus, Very disgusting experience. The worst I've ever had online!

Fast Growing Trees issued credit for 5 of 6 soft touch hollies that did not make it. Thank you. That credit was applied toward the purchase of 6 muhly grass plants. Although two of them appear to be struggling, maybe they will come back. The Black Knight Buddleia was the latest purchase. Although it arrived in rough shape in a crumpled box with the soil in the planter pot dumped inside its plastic bag & the root ball shaken loose, it was planted & all the dead limbs were trimmed out. It is living & hopefully will survive. FGT customer service was responsive & helpful after the soft touch holly experience, but hopefully, what we have now will come back & no further contact will be necessary.
Rep was fairly condescending in email. Making false statements that my account would say my shipping date when it wasn't, order delayed by weeks and I had no updates. Accused my email of not working and I said that's funny bc we're talking through my email now. Always good experiences here but not lately. And my raspberry bushes for so small, tinier than an apple. One is about dead after three days. Poor quality
Overall my experience has been great. The plants have arrived well packed with only minimal damage and healthy. The downside is they have many sales as good pricing so its really difficult to not always buy more:-)

I ordered a couple of Fruit cocktail trees and blueberry plants. They all came in a timely manner and were packaged very nice. Only 1 little tiny branch was damaged, but overall, beautiful. I followed directions given to plant and water and they are blooming very nicely!

There are no doubt local nurseries or at least one within a few hundred miles that would have most of the trees we wanted. My quandary was how to find the right one, and whether we would still have to drive to multiple places to get all that we needed. Not so with FastGrowingTrees.com! Finding the right thing was very easy, pictures and descriptions are great, and delivery was good.
Although I can't give a full review because I still have not received my tree I'm hoping it will arrive ok. My only disappointment so far is the late delivery. I ordered this tree months ago! I actually had to reach out and ask if they forgot to deliver. I was told it was going to be delivered in about 3 months. I did not read that when I purchased and they didn't say either.
I love the items I have bought I just wish they came with written instructions on how to plant, when you could expect fruit just a little background

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
