My first time ordering, 2 rose bushes and a pampas grass. They came quickly and in great shape. Growing very well now. Will order some other things for sure.
All the leaves were wilted upon arrival. Was a drafted tree which is not mentioned in the description. Tree proceeded to die. Even with added shade, daily watering, mulch, and rabbit guard. Company did offer a free replacement which I am waiting until fall to request.
Received the plants in great shape planted them in large planters new leaves are blooming no fruits yet.
Ordered 6 Blue Spruce, 4 blueberries, 2 peaches, 2 apples, and a raspberry. 1 peach and the raspberry are dead. Looks like 1 blueberry isn't gonna make it. All the trees showed up looking pretty weak.
Well I receive stems of 4 ft. Hard to believe that in 3 months the abundance of leaves in maple tree, 4 redbuds of different species, 3 ginkgo trees would make my day. Blackberries bearing berries already.
I ordered a couple of honeycrisp apple trees along with some other plants. They arrived with all the limbs broken off. I know that has more to do with the shipping than fast growing trees. But it was disappointing. Additionally I ordered Anorher honeycrisp apple trees along with 2 blackberry bushes over a week ago. I got confirmation and my credit card was charged, but I haven't heard anything else about the order or when it might be processed and shipped. Frustrated
So far my experience has not been the greatest. I received my tree and it already had spots and issues from day one. Then notice the card that I used to place the order somehow was hacked and I only used it at this company it was my very first time using it. So first I reached out to the company regarding what they said was cedar rust. I follow their instructions and bought the fungicide. I've been using it as their directions with no success. I reached out again to inform them that after 2 months of doing what they had said the tree is still struggling and has lots of spots. I don't feel like the response that I got has been actually helpful. I feel like where you pay for the tree you shouldn't have to battle disease after disease to get it to be healthy. I feel that if the tree was healthy when I got it it should have stayed that way not instantly had issues. They told me to test the soil I did no issues. I've done everything I can and it just seems like it's not going to end. Hopefully in a few years I'll be able to come back and say that everything's okay but as of right now I don't have high hopes and quite frankly very disappointed. For the cost of the tree I'm not happy to have to keep buying different aids to get it to be healthy. It should have came healthy end of discussion and it did not. Although the customer service is nice I truly feel they don't understand the frustration. At least could have offered a rebate or a refund for all I've had to buy to get rid of a disease that isn't going away.
We have ordered over 60 plus plants and they always come in great condition! We have had a few issues with a few plants that died within the first month, but the customer service team was great and got them replaced. Order with confidence, great company to work with!
I ordered three trees at the same time for Mother's Day. One for my mother, one for my mother-in-law, and one for my wife. Two of the trees were great. The one that came to my wife was really scrawny. I was embarrassed by it, considering the price paid. It's never really grown despite our best efforts.
The 3-5' tree I bought did not spring back to life after winter. They would not replace like for like. Instead, a credit was not enough to replace without paying additional money. Instead I had to replace with the 2-3' version. Ridiculous!

The plants I have ordered are all flourishing and thriving. They have all arrived in good condition. I have also ordered some plants and had them shipped to friends and family as gifts. No complaints.
When unpacked, most of the plants were loose not in their pots. There was an abundance of loose dirt in the shipping box. Granted, a 1-gallon plant will not be large. But, these were SMALL. If purchased at a local shop, I would not have paid $20 for plants this size.
When I opened the box, the trees popped out so lush, tall and full. I was delightfully surprised.

Terrible. Fast Growing Trees cancelled my order with no notice, no email, no phone call, nothing. Saw my expected delivery date was close and no order to be found. Had to check my credit card, yup charged, months later refunded.

I placed two different orders a few weeks apart. The first order was for 10 green giants. They arrived in great condition and started to grow quickly. The second order was for 5 more green giants since I was very impressed with the first order. The second set of green giants arrived and were not nearly as nice as the first set. They would not stand up on their own and needed to be staked. We will see how they do.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
