Fast Growing Trees has been the only online company I have purchased from. They never disappoint. My plants are thriving. I will purchase from them again.
The plants came as described and were packaged well. I planted them during the recommended time and and and followed the instructions, now the plants are thriving and have put on new growth during their first season in the ground.
Congenial employees, great prices, prompt shipping, protectively packaged. Second year we have used Seller which we both highly recommend. Thank you!
We purchased six plants, they arrived mostly dead and could not be revived. We received replacements, and it was EXACTLY the same experience. One plant survived, barely.
I'm not sure I'll be back. My issue didn't get resolved and I had to call my credit card and refuse the charge. He is the reason that I won't do business with you again.
Some plants arrived just fine. That is expected, though. More than a few arrived broken, sick, or with other issues. The resolution of issues is unsatisfactory. Receiving a brand new broken product should not require a new shipment payment. The claims process is also terrible requiring a lot of work on the consumer end. The variety may be better than what you can get locally, but it is not worth receiving sick plants that need an entire season to recover, if they even do. My local plants have blown up beautifully and produced right away. I can't say the same for my "fast-growing" trees.
Happy with the thuja trees but the lemon tree T that just came last week was a lemon. It was definitely not worth the price.
I should always get my citrus from Fast Growing Trees! I have purchased several treesfrom you and all came thriving, full, fully potted, and ready to take off with new growth. My recent purchase is very happy it it's new pot and putting our new leaves already. There is a huge higher quality factor from your nursery. I gave never had a failure! Fruits usually appear in the second year. Happy customer. :)
Great company. Let's be real. These are living products, so there is only so much you can do. But so far my experience with this company is very positive. Very good communication and service. Top notch company.
Absolutely the worst plant purchasing experience I've ever had. Made to feel like my opinion isn't valid by c. S. "tree" delivered was mangled by fed ex, half of tree was in pieces in box upon arrival, but was told my dissatisfaction with paying top dollar for a glorified stick wasn't justified and I should just plant it and wait. Well, that isn't what I paid for, so I bought a proper tree from another nursery.
Fast growing trees refunded me 1/3 of my purchase price.
Enjoy that money guys, you won't be getting any more from me.
I bought a 1gallon Meyer lemon bush from this site and was very happy with it. It arrived on time and the packaging looked good and the plant was not damaged. I put it in a 5gallon fabric pot with some ocean forest and it is very happy and doing well. Thanks guys!
I ordered a large hibicus that arrived with small aphids enjoying the leaves. I contacted the company and was told to go by some neem oil and apply it for seven days wiping it on every leaf. This was supposed to be a gift and naturally the extra cost and time involved was unwelcome... not to mention that I did not want to plant it in my garden and expand the aphid's buffet! After a few caustic emails the company sent another one.
Ordering was easy and delivery was as scheduled. The issue I had was I ordered 6 shrubs 3 died shortly after planting. 1 has made a recovery as is startg to do ok, but the other 2 have not recovered
This is the first year I have had trouble with trees I bought from this site. I bought 2 bare root nectarines that never budded out. They replaced the trees with really nice ones. However, these trees have also been struggling. Despite frequent watering and fertilizer, their leaves are turning yellow and falling off. I am hoping next year they will finally rally and do well.
My shipped items arrived in very bad shape. My complaints have already been sent to Fast Growing Trees during the summer.
I ordered 2 blueberry bushes. 1 was good but the 2nd struggled until it finally died. When I sent pictures, I could only get a credit, not another blueberry bush (as there were none in stock) nor would they give me a refund. I did not need or want anything else. I ordered something just because I did not want to lose my money but definitely will not order from Fast Growing Trees in the future.
Ordered eight plans or trees pardon me and two of them had a failure to thrive after a couple calls the customer service I was able to get them to not wait four weeks for the delivery of a new one and once I got that straight now and I got one tree and then they forgot to deliver the other one but I got that finally a week or two later
I ordered the above plants along with the fertilizer packets and despite our dry, dry weather right now, they are still doing very well. I'm a happy customer.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
