I ordered Arbor Vitae during a BOGO offer with a shipping deadline one week later. Trees did not arrive on time so used a different vendor. Called and tried to cancel but was told they were jut shipped that day and thy have a no cancellation policy. The trees arrived 10 days later but I refused delivery and asked for refund; reported to my CC company. 2 weeks later received notification of shipping... arrived 2 weeks later; again refused delivery. CC company investigated saying delivery of product was confirmed, denying my claim. COST: $184.91

My experience with this company has been satisfying. However, my last delivery of 6 rose bushes was disappointing. The delivery was terrible. The boxes came crushed the soil was dry seemingly due to the crushed containers I savaged them by immediately planting them in fresh soil. Fingers are now crossed. I believe that it is more of a delivery issue. I also have 2 cherry trees in which one is not producing anything to include leaves. ALL other plants seem to be thriving with leaves [greenery]. This in no way takes away from my total experience with this company.

I ordered a Cherry Tartarin tree and when it arrived it was not in the best shape from being in the heat during shipping. I contacted customer service with my concerns and the rep reassured me that in a few weeks after watering and light the tree should recover. The fact that my concerns were taken seriously by FGT relieved some frustration and I'm confident if it doesn't FGT will make it right. I'm not sure of the exact date I contacted CS but I believe it was the last week of July going into August.

Plants listed on manifest we're not shipped and what was shipped supposed to be Sylvia and looked like Ruston lettuce sprayed with black wrist with one little flag of green in the middle. The roots were mush and they went back and took off discounts with nothing but problems diseased Italian Cyprus. Everything was late and shipped through a heat wave taking up to two weeks to arrive. My account is such a mess and they're expecting me to have held onto all these plants. I've already sent pictures of them rotting to the box.
We purchased a property that was basically Baron of any salvageable trees and or shrubs and transported all that I had cultivated and ordered trees that are not only beautiful, but are made for our zone. I also purchased shrubs and ground cover that did not survive lack of care while I was undergoing treatment for Covid. I replied to the text messages several times adding additional items all to be delivered at a perfect time but correlates with our household schedule. We're currently going through downsizing and trying to establish our new mountain home after losing our last to fire. Customer service was a extremely educated and personable.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
