I purchased a 2 year warranty on 8 trees.
All of them died within 3 months.
They gave me a store credit just for the trees. And I have the same free warranty everyone else gets.
They refused to credit the money that I paid for the warranty.
They pocket the money. No credit given.
It's not like they're out anything.
I have to use the credit in their store as they won't issue a refund!
Ordered 8 plants. 6 were good but 2 looked awful. Sent pictures of them but was told they would get better. They still look like little dead sticks.
I love Fastgrowing trees! I have purchase all my trees with them. Started when I my mother passed, and I ordered a Pink Silk Floss tree to put down with her ashes. I was afraid it got lost, and contacted cust. Serv. They were A M A Z I N G! Yes capital letters. They listened, they were able to track the package, I walked over to my neighboors and they had the box. I planted it right away on a large pot so it would get strong, and I could decide where to plant it. Now it is huge, beautiful giving me shade. All their shipments have been great, when I had doubts on what to do, since is it S.FL hot full sun, I got great advice. They are a huge company but, this company has a HEART. Also, when my sweet dog passed, I also bought a tree, and it is doing beautifully. Thank you.
This is the second time buying trees, I was very please with the speed I received the trees and the condition of the trees. Much better than buying from big box stores, you can tell they have been cared for.

Have ordered more than once and have always been happy
I have ordered several trees from this company. All have arrived in good shape, all thriving. Except for a Dogwood. Not sure why this one would not thrive, but the company offered to honor the warrant. I opted for a refund, which I received with no trouble. I then ordered another 2 redbuds because they thrived and are doing well. So, thank you for your great customer service. I'm sure I will be ordering again!
Very good product, and selections I would recommend fast growing trees to my family
I have to do a chat to manually change my shipping, and then the email isn't synced with shipping and I keep getting emails saying they have arrived. I am concerned they won't ship now even though I confirmed in chat that they say they will ship around August 28th. I am hoping they don't show as sent and all goes well, but just a little concerned
Bought different trees from you before and they are growing pretty good until now

Ordering online can be hit or miss. But I've never had a mess with Fast growing trees.
So far so good. Planted 2 pecan trees last February and they seem to be doing great. Kinda expensive but you get what you pay for!
