Received 20 Thuja trees. All are doing well except for two. I think it's my fault as it has been a very hot summer. Probably not enough water.
All trees and shrubs have arrived packaged with considerable care and consideration with complete satisfaction.

The roses are doing great; the gardenia foliage is thriving but there have been no blooms at all; the verbena did a little bit of flowering and then died completely.

The plants that I purchased did not stand up to the promise or guarantee. Despite repeated pleas and complains the process to redeem the guarantee was tedious and tiresome. I did get the resolution, but it took a long time to complete.

All but one item came wonderfully healthy and bigger than I expected
I've ordered a couple times, the first time I was amazed at how healthy the plants were. The second time, I ordered a cherry tree, and half the leaves were yellow. Seriously, if y'all hadn't set the expectations so high the first order, I wouldn't have thought anything of it. Let's hope the tree makes it.
