Fast trees was prompt in activating the warranty. I received the new tree very quickly.

I had a problem with my previous order and FastGrowing Trees rep was kind and understanding and handled my issue professionally and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction.

Received living healthy Spartan Junipers nicely packaged in the boxes. I will be planting them soon.

I bought two Alberta Spruce and two Hollies. They are not doing well despite considerable attention. So far the return of one spruce has been approved I am awaiting a decision on the other. I haven't yet engaged on the hollies

Always great trees but unfortunately one did not make it and had to ask for a new ones which was handled promptly and am now awaiting it, they stand by theiir products.

This is my second order. First batch of items received within a decent time frame. All items were boxed NICELY! Not one out of the 15 items in the 1st order were bent, nor broken or even dehydrated. All planta re beautiful and in the ground. The items are small because... thats what I can afford. A little patience and joy of watching them grow will be my reward.

Wonderful! I bought 3 in one stone fruit tree. It arrived very. This is its first year and has not developed fruit. I don't expect any tree to bear fruit the first year. Next year I plan to order the three-in-1 pears.

I purchased some Butterfly Bushes that arrived in excellent condition and are looking great in my garden!

We purchased 60 1-2 ft Thuja Green Giants 7 years ago, and they are at an average of 15ft tall now. We lost only 2 of the 60, and one of those was due to human error, while the other had gotten damaged in a snowstorm. Those trees came to us healthy and strong, and hoping we have the same experience with our next order!

Ordered 6 trees from them last year and they are all healthy and thriving :)

But good customer service! Had a tree come pretty much destroyed... and was replaced without any trouble.

We received our crape myrtle fast and it c was in perfect shape, even bedded and blooming.

Ordered 30 small arborvitae trees, good shape and all survived. A couple didn't look like they would but recovered quickly and are all doing well.

Brilliantly fast, healthy plants that started acclimating and blooming within a week of planting varieties of roses.

We have had plants damaged in shipping in the past and they always make it right with new plants
