We purchased a few trees and bushes feeling safe with a year guarantee. One tree died pretty quickly. They finally decided to send us a new one.
I feel like there was not a lot of transparency that replacements you need to pay for shipping! It was over $20. So basically had to pay for shipping twice.

This is my 5th time ordering and thus far I have received absolutely perfect plants, well packed and ready for planting.
I have ordered trees and perennials from Fast growing trees on multiple occasions and have been very pleased with the quality and the shipping. All have arrived with new root growth and have never been pot bound. And lush green! Will continue to do business with them!
Purchased many trees and the price is reasonable and the trees always arrive in great condition. Never had a bad experience with Fast Growing Trees.
All five of my trees purchased so far have been great and looking to purchase three more this fall.
But some did not--perhaps our humid climate on the bay side of cape cod.

The smoke tree has issues not sure it will make it sadly. It came overly stressed when it arrived
