DO NOT BUY, EVER!
February 14, 2018

Nov. 2016 I order 6-7 foot tree. They delivered a 4.5 foot. Customer service said they would redeliver taller tree the next day. They did not. Customer service then said they would give me a credit toward a tree in 2017. Nov. 2017 i ordered 8-10 foot using my credit plus extra for taller tree. They took my money knowing they did not have a local vendor! No tree for 2017. Seriously. Now they are offering to give me a credit toward 2018? No way! I asked for refund. Customer service said they would issue a check. 3 months later, still no check. It's sad to me. I was very satisfied the first two yrs. Did they free too fast? Probably. Not my problem. Give me my $$!

Growing lika Mudder
February 14, 2018

Purchased Arbor Vitas and I can hear them grow at night. Great and Healthy resilient to road salt at this time. Just opened up this nudist camp and needed fast coverage that wouldn't cause injury to someone brushing against them.

Not satisfied
February 14, 2018

Price I paid and the trees/plants I got are nowhere comparable. Very small trees, most of them looked like sticks with very few branches.

Trees for mes!
February 14, 2018

At this time I would have to vote neutral as I planted my two trees in late fall and can only hope these babies will remain alive after this very cold winter in the Berkshires of Mass. Can better evaluate in the Spring.

Although the trees are starter trees, they are always in good shape and respond well to the root fertilizer and potting soil when planted.

Excellent experience

We ordered 15 thuja green giants, they shipped quickly and looked healthy when arrived. We had a small issue with the shipment missing part of it, and they fixed it right away. Very satisfied, would order again.

I can't believe I've kept them alive!
February 14, 2018

I do not have a green thumb, so I figured more mature plants might be a better option for me. Turns out, I can actually do it and it has not been a year and I'm already starting to see fruit on my lemon tree and blueberry bush. My avocado and mango trees are growing phenomenally and looks like they might produce fruit this year as well. Best company to work with, product is securely packaged and shipped. I could not be happier.

I had some real problems with the delivery company and Fast-Growing Trees came to the rescue and replace a damaged tree. The trees that I received were the best trees that I have ever received from an online company. I would highly recommend them for all of your green purchases. They are super

Fruitless in Florida
February 11, 2018

Leave it to me to receive the healthiest, albeit fruitless tree you probably had. Purchased the 3-4 foot Meyer Lemon and one plus rfoot Haas Avocado In December 2015. The avocado arrived with yellow brown leaves, only three still attached. Followed directions for care but the last leaf fell three months later. Understand these are hard to foster. However, the three foot Meyer dug in and grew fast. It's over six feet now. Problem? No fruit. EVER! My neighbors purchased a smaller one for less than half the price off a shopping network... they gave us some lemons to use for a pie four months later. So glad your other customers have had such great luck. Unfortunately our $154 purchased one healthy thorn tree. Within 2016 I contacted FGT reporting the issue and received no support. I am visiting the family house in FL and know I now must tackle removing the thorn tree, which prompted sharing this review.

Hello! We're sad to hear that your trees aren't doing so well. There could be one or several factors affecting your avocado tree and Meyer Lemon tree. For the avocado, even if all the leaves fell off, that doesn't necessarily mean it was dead. They are known for dropping their leaves at the slightest change in their environment. Once the environment is corrected or when they adjust to their new home, they will bounce back. It's good to hear that your Meyer Lemon tree is healthy! If you'd like to give us a call at 888-504-2001, we would love to go over some growing tips with you so that your tree will start producing delicious lemons. Thank you for shopping with us, and we look forward to hearing from you!

Fast Trees
February 1, 2018

The coffee bean plant I bought died suddenly. It was indoors and watered as needed. All other plants in the same area of my home are doing well.

We're very sorry to hear that your coffee plant died. Coffee plants prefer indirect but bright light. Your plant should be placed near an east-facing window but not directly in it. The soil should be a good organic potting soil that is rich enough to feed the plant and well-draining. Arabica coffee plants really enjoy water but do not like to be water logged or over-saturated. For a potted coffee plant, drench twice weekly with warm water until it comes out of the bottom of your pot and then drizzle over the top to simulate rain. They also like a humid environment. To ensure that your plant is in fact dead, please scrape out a small piece of the bark near the base of the main trunk. If it's green underneath, it is still alive. If it's brown, then the plant is dead and you can give us a call at 888-504-2001 to discuss some replacement options. Thank you for shopping with us, and we do apologize for any inconvenience.

Product Reviews
January 27, 2018

I placed numerous orders up to August and they were good. They had good root balls in black containesr. Then I ordered 15 more trees and most came with no root balls in black containers and almost all died. Very poor suppliers. Very disappointed. Of course you can buy insurance which is just another expense. If you can get things locally. Do it. Don't buy from Fast Growing Trees. They just suck you in.

Dying tree
January 1, 2018

The meyer lemon started out great but within 30 days started losing leaves, all the pea sized fruit, and now has lost all it's leaves. The folks I talked to from fast growing gave some suggestions but I was already doing those and now it looks like the tree is done for.
