I ordered 4 trees and 2 of them looked dead after I planted them. Finally gotten replaced but sent me a snowball tree instead of watermelon rose tree. Just did not want to go thorough all the hassle. Tree was mistagged at your place Also ordered last yr and missing a tuber

Ordered many times. The bigger containers when delivered left the roots exposed and if you don't plant on arrival they die. Had the same issue with 6 of 10 smaller ones.
Everything I have ordered has always been delivered in good condition and ready to plant.
I was given a gift card for some bad plants that was delivered.When I went to go place a new order and take advantage of plant25 > 25% off order it canceled gift card and free shipping because of minimum. It is not my fault I received bad plants and should nit be penalized for using it plus 25% off end of season sale! I wanted the plants so I ordered both anyways before they go out of stock but upsetting no 25% off was also applied!

The first shipment (lavender and forsythia) was fantastic and all plants are thriving. The second shipment (2 blueberry bushes) was delayed by the shipping company and came in dead. Fast-growing trees responded quickly and sent another shipment of blueberry bushes. Those came in better condition and I have new growth on both.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
