This is my second order and in both orders I've received plants that are not healthy. My previous order two plants were clearly almost dead, and the order I just received the fig tree looks diseased.
Am a continuing customer because FGT offers quality trees often not found on other sites. Orders always have arrived on, or ahead of time. Shipping is stellar and orders have always been fresh, healthy and ready to plant as soon as received. Although other sites may offer a lower price, the quality/service/shipping is not up to FGT's standards.

Had a large tree in my yard die and took it down. Wanted to find a good replacement. Was able to do research of suitability on the Fast Growing Trees website and tulip tree seemed to fit the bill. There was also a discount on the tree and an additional promotional code discount making a 7 foot tree very affordable!
All plants were received in good order except for a lavender plant which for some reason got shipped to our PO Box instead of physical address, since we don't check PO Box sometimes for over a week since we are 10 miles from post office (the lavender plant was at post office for a week, it tried to live for 2 weeks then gave up)

I ordered a cherry tree and a hardy banana tree to deliver to Virginia Beach but they both died. I never heard back from the site when i tries to ise the warranty. Do you provide warranty at all? That experience was disappointing and I hope this time I will not regret it again. I am giving you another chance. If you hold your promise, i will continue to refer to family.
Goji elderberry, cherry, mulberry trees all took off awesome a deer ate one of the cherries but can't blame fast growing for that! Love my trees!

Unlike buying from local big box, everything I've ever ordered from Fast Growing Trees has been alive and thriving when I put it in the ground. If there was ever an issue after I planted my trees, the experts were available with helpful tips to improve my green thumb.
