Overall experience was ok. Plant was delivered soon than expected. I was disappointed when the plant arrived without a fruit on it. The picture on the website showed a plant bearing a pineapple. There was not a pineapple on the plant. I inquired about it and was told that they were out of plants with fruit and that I would be added to a waiting list. I wish I would have known this before I purchased the first plant. Pictures on the website were misleading.
Our little trees were delivered in great condition. I was so excited to receive them and we planted them immediately. All three have transitioned nicely and without issues to our own soil. I recommend FastGrowing Trees, their prices are comparable and their products are phenomenal.

It's done nothing and it's been 13 days. Since I laid it down. Watering every day 3 times.
The fiddle leaf fig tree arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. However, the Meyer lemon bush arrived looking very stressed. The leaves were dehydrated but perked up a bit following a gentle shower and thorough watering. Three days later, having been repotted add the addition of Root Rocket, I'm still crossing my fingers for success, though the leaves continue to drop.

I am a little concerned that the two plants were shipped together in same long box with the plants facing each other. The way they were placed several of the stems were crushed or completely broken off; particularly the rose. I am hoping they recover well.
The lemon is weak and skinny broken on top. First time buyer. For the price i thought it's gonna be big and healthy.

It seemed like it took forever to ship (ordered on the third of May, at first it said it'd get here the Monday after Mother's Day, then I got a generic 'late shipment' email on the 6th, again on the 9th, and then the site said it wouldn't ship til the 15th the day after I got the second email) But it did eventually get here.
It had to sit outside for a while, since the arrival date got so scrambled and neither my mother or I knew exactly when it was getting home, but it was in fairly good condition. Some odd pulling on two of the leaves where they're torn away from the veins, and we had to fight the pot it was in to replant the tree in a much bigger pot on casters, it either outgrew the ready-plant bag in the process of the scramble or it never was in one in the first place. It's doing well right now though, and enjoyed a sunny Memorial Day weekend!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
