3rd order with this company. My first impression was with nurseries a stones throw away why the hell would I order a tree online. But based on advice, quality and pricing including shipping I gave it a try. A+. So I went back and just placed a pretty sizeable order for Thuja Green Giants in the 4-5' size. You might expect that many retailers would ship right at the minimum size like 4"1". Nope. Most were almost or at 5' and very healthy, packed incredibly well in sturdy boxes and easy to plant. Nice job!
He does not sing, however, he is great at customer service. My tree was over a year old & doing great until we had a record rain in May that broke all the records. Elvis gave me a $ 99.99 credit, and I needed a new tree and I wanted something special and fast growing. Elvis suggested the Royal Empress (a very fast growing and a beautiful tree). It will arrive in 3 days.

I ordered a one gallon hydrangea, and received a sick looking 12" shoot in a one quart pot, no blooms. They say the term "gallon" is different in the plant world. I spent $43. Funny, I saw in both Home Depot, and Lowe's a true one gallon potted hydrangea for $30. I will never use this company again. How do you get away with charging that kind of money for a sick little plant.

I ordered my very first avocado tree from fast-growing-trees.com this past Friday and was ecstatic when it arrived today completely healthy and positively beautiful! My avocado tree was much bigger than I had expected it to be and when I called Customer Service to get planting advice Ms. Lisa (Plant Specialist) was able to expertly answer every single one of my many concerns. I will DEFINITELY be ordering another tree from FGT in the very near future!

My original order came in when I was away and the trees never recovered. When I contacted FGT, they immediately issued me a credit, which I then purchased two new trees with. We just received them and they are gorgeous, strong and healthy. We can hardly wait for our first avocado fest!

Loved my tree and bush. Not all of my order shipped. I notified them and they gave a refund that I have to spend at their store. I would have preferred to have the item shipped rather than a refund as a credit that can be used at their store. Not a deal breaker because they are such a good supplier and send followup ways to take care of the trees and plants.

I called Lisa at FGT on Tuesday, October 3rd. My initial question was about my potted Meyer Lemon and orange trees. It is October and I needed some advice on when to take the trees indoors. She answered the question with an obvious knowledge of the product. The one-question call turned into a 12-minute chat. She was patient as I asked her question after question. She gave me tips, suggestions and product advice. She made me feel comfortable and I feel assured that I have a database of information to count on when I need it at FGT.

Not good practice in my thinking
I had a great experience with them! I ordered a cold hardy and hass avocado tree. I was considering a lime tree. I accidentally deleted the avocado tree and kept the lime tree when I ordered. I emailed customer service who got back to me quickly and fixed the issue. Our order came quickly and the trees looked great. We've only had them about a week so can't comment on growth yet. But I will for sure buy my trees from them again!
I am so happy to get the tree so quickly, and in great shape. Planted it and we'll see how it does for the fall and winter.
This order was delivered early and in perfect condition. However, my previous order was a shambles. The tree was almost hangjng out the bottom and it's branches were all broken. I'm sure it will survive in time.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
