1st shipment had damaged trees. Talked to customer service and they made it right. They went a 2nd shipment however; I will rate both shipments as poor. Trees looked sad.
After given the Fed Ex tracking number, I checked on my tree daily. The tree got loaded into their delivery truck and stayed at their facility since April 11. It's now April 16 and it's still at the Fed Ex facility. Not sure what's going on at their center but my poor plant is in limbo. I canceled my order since I done waiting and not sure what the quality of the plant would be when it finally gets free from Fed Ex jail.

The tree arrived with a few broken branches. Contacted them, got a replacement. Good customer service. But the tree trunk is too thin! With a big head, not sure if it will survive a heavy windy day. I think the price is too high for the size of the tree.

I wanted to grow Rainier cherries here in CT. I couldn't find Rainiers at local nurseries, so bought a Rainier and a Montmorency through FastGrowingTrees.com. The trees arrived well packed in a durable cardboard box. Their stems were intact AND they had leaves and buds. I didn't open the box until two days after they arrived and the leaves on the Rainier had softened and wilted a bit but sprung back to life with exuberant watering. Both of them are now planted in my backyard and very happy! So am I.

Ordered a tree care kit for my indoor alvarado tree in March. After a few weeks, I inquired as to where's my stuff. I was told there would be no delivery until May because I live in Minnesota. I finally spoke to someone about a refund and she said she would refund the $13. Xx shipping charge and get my order out. I got my order this week. About a month after ordering. Ver frustrating but happy I finally received my order.
I was shipped a damaged tree and they wanted me to pay $35.00 to ship it back and them would reship a new tree at my cost. There products are verified before shipping and them they make you pay to fix the problem.

Poorly packaged, the 10 evergreens were spewed everywhere across the inside of the box, dirt and greens. Trees if stretched to there max would barely measure the 1 foot mark let alone the 2' as defined. Overall we will see.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
