I had an enormous re-landscaping project to do in the summer of 2025. I saved literally hundreds of dollars buy purchasing my 180+ Thuja Green Giant arborvitae from Fast Growing Trees. 7 years ago, we purchased 24 1-2' ones for one side of the property. Today they are a healthy, 11' high, thick privacy wall. I get the privacy, the birds are delighted. At one point my back yard resembled a plant nursery, with all the trees and shrubs. They have been in the ground since mid-July, and after copious watering, daily conversations with them, mulching and lots of TLC, I actually think they'll make it through a NY state winter. Of all the arborvitae planted this summer, I lost only one, who was determined not to thrive. I submitted a claim and a replacement was sent within a couple of days. I'm sure FEDEX is so relieved not to be delivering all the boxes that were shipped. I love FGT and have already pre-ordered a couple of trees for 2026.

This is the 3rd fruit tree I've purchased from Fast Growing Trees and I've been endlessly impressed with how easy they've made it to find what I want/need. The live chat feature, first with the bot and then with a human were so enormously helpful in choosing this tree and helped me understand what to buy and what not to buy. But even before today, Fast Growing Trees made it SO easy to replace a tree that started to go south in the first year -- and they sent a bigger replacement than I expected! Love y'all!

Purchased the Autumn Blaze® Red Maple tree in December. The web site was easily navigated, making it easy to find my tree and complete the purchase. The tree was packaged well, ensuring no damage, and arrived on time. Looking forward to many years of beautiful autumn colors.

I have had a mixed experience. One part of my order brought me vibrant, strong, and healthy trees. The other part of my order did not look nearly as good.

I have a bad neighbor. These trees, and future trees, will be used to provide security and protection from busy bodies. The trees arrived beautiful and healthy. Please let them grow rapidly!

I've purchased a few times from FastGrowingTrees.com and have always been very happy with my purchases. A willow I got almost 10 years ago is huge and thriving. It's my go-to website for purchasing plants and trees online for sure.

No response to my question on "If the prices reduced from the time of purchase, am I going to be charged at the lowest price that is available in between order date and delivery date? My order scheduled for delivery in March'26 where as I placed the order in Nov'25.

Every year at Christmas I buy a tree or 2 to plant a tree with my dad and my brother. On a small farm left to us by my grandfather. All of our trees have done amazing. I have also ordered a couple for my home. I had trouble with one after several months. I called customer service and they quickly replaced the tree. I have tried several trees from big box stores and they are NOT the same. Thank you for the trees and helping us start a family tradition.

1st purchases from Fast Growing Trees were great. Last 2 weren't. 2 oranges and 2 pomegranates didn't make it more ta than a couple of months.

It is a real joy to be able to shop in the fall and have plants delivered the next year at proper planting time. It saves me a lot of time shopping in the growing season. The selections are very good, and the descriptions help a lot when planning a project. I know the product is great because I have shopped with FastGrowingtrees for many years.

Never a bad experience! 90% of my garden has been supplied by this company and I have no complaints! I had three plants that died and just like their guarantee states, they replaced them. I should but stock in this company as much money as I have already spent and what I will spend in the future🤣.

Shrub and roses came with dirt falling out of the pots and leaves dry and brown. Stems broken down to the root base of the plants. Came right before a bad cold spell and was not able to plant them

We had trouble with the delivery and Fast growing Trees remedied quickly. Plants were healthy and now making a second purchase.

I purchased five adagio maiden grass earlier this year. They came all cut back for winter. I wondered since I had never purchased anything like this before. They have thrived and are just beautiful. So happy I took a chance on this company. Now I am ready for my next adventure with the purple fountain grass.

The hydrangea arrived looking like dead twigs. When I contacted Fast Growing Trees after providing photos, I was asked for more photos and told that hydrangeas go dormant this time of year. Well, I've purchased several hydrangeas from many different places, and the one I received recently was by far the worst that I've ever received!

Tonight is the first time buying I brought Blue spruce checked out Then started looking Fig trees end up buying two. Looks like both orders are shipping same date

Two of the plants were shipped in a single box with the top plant resting on the bottom plant. Customer service was great and shipped out a new set of plants. That box had the same result.

Normally my experience with you is good. This is the first time i got a delivery of something losing leaves and it had lost leaves in the box.
