I ordered several different types of lace to make fairy skirts. It says on the website that it takes approximately 3-5 days to ship. By day 10 I contacted them and they assured me they were working on it. I then read a bunch of horror stories about the company, and got freaked out. I never received my tracking email, but me fabric showed up today. I decided to search my email for their email and it turns out that it went to my spam folder. Anyway, I'm very happy with my purchase. I love all the different laces. They are perfect for what I'm using them for. I don't know if I just lucked out, but I'd definitely order from them again keeping in mind it takes longer than expected to arrive
There is NO customer service at this store. I have never gotten an answer to a phone call and email or any other means of attempting to contact fashionfabricsclub.com.
Their outgoing voicemail says hours of operation are mon-fri 9-5. You will not get an answer to a phone call during those hours. As someone who has been involved in internet retail since the beginning, Internet Retail Is Open 24/7, this store is not worth the frustration, save yourself time and anger, it would only be wasted.
So I was thinking that some of these one star bad reviews were just outliers... no way guys... these guys are actual crooks. They will post pics of swatches on the attractive part of a fabric and then they will send you a fabric that has additional colors and details you didn't know it has. See my pics for examples. They will give you the runaround when asking for a refund. And by the way, it takes weeks for your shipment to arrive. Buyer beware and read the fine print!
I am well acquainted with ordering fabric online, and the pros and cons of doing so. The customer service from this company was so atrocious, I never got past the ordering process. I placed an order for 24 yards of fabric, and they were short 2 yards. Seeing that I was ordering fabric for matching garments, I obviously had to change the whole order. I asked the representative if she had a couple others available; more than one because I had to contemplate a suitable replacement once (Paula) told me that my original order was was 2 yards short.
Poor customer service. They sent the wrong item, refused to admit it. Only gave a partial refund. The fabric ordered was dry clean only. The fabric sent was machine wash and dry. Clearly not the same fabric. They gave me a real hard time. I talked with them back and forth for a month and got no satisfaction.
10 days after I placed my order, I contacted them as my order was not fulfilled. They told me my order should be shipped by the end of week. Ok, I waited to the end of the week. No shippment.
Eventually I cancelled my order.
They are so quick to charge, but so slow to fulfill the order.
I will never ever use this store again!
The worst seller. The worst. They do not have a clue what is silk or linen... NEVER BUY AGAIN... NEVER!
