First time using Farfetch app but overall was very pleased with the confirmation email and despatch time considering it was sent from overseas.
I tried it for a couple of times, whenever they are offering coupons, they don't let me check out, saying that there's a problem with my credit card. I feel like whenever there's an issue on their side, maybe it's a technical issue, or they oversell, they all use "An error occurred while processing your payment. Please try again or feel free to try another form of payment" as an excuse. It happened four times already.
I am not happy because I didn't get my Gucci belt in its box which was really important for me because that was my gift for my wife in anniversary.

Quick delivery, very nice quality. I was surprised by the short delivery time and the quality of packaging.
Easy to purchase from, no issues with sizing/colour or price/freight, and goods always arrive promptly (considering I live in the most isolated city on the planet!)

Fast delivery, i received my order after five days only...
I cant believe i ordered a pair of valentino sneakers for $995 and was sent the wrong color they telling me they have to investigate, investigate what. They said the boutique never had that color so who sent them. They need to investigate that boutique. I can't lose out on $995

I paid 20 extra to receive the product faster, it should have been delivered on day 26, and it will only arrive tomorrow (I hope). The least you could do, would be to deduct back those extra 20 I paid for nothing. It was a gift for a special date, which meanwhile has already passed.

I've ordered from Farfetch twice. Impressively fast shipping and, as item did not fit, return was very easy.

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
