Held a $1000 hostage over a temporary 7 day ban. Couldn't make bets which I get but not letting me withdraw my money and freezing it makes zero sense and is bad business!

I was hacked and there is absolutely no support or phone # to call. I'm, completely helpless. Don't use these crooks. My money was stolen

I've been trying all the sites over the years and I think Fanduel is the worst. Technically the web site is horrible with loading the games and some games won't even load up. The lack of promotions is ridiculous there literally isn't 1 promotion on there page no money for game play either after a 2 thousand dollars deposited. Other sites are getting withdrawals back to you in about an hour to 3. Fanduel takes 24 hrs. There customer service acts like they don't care because they got thousands of customers who cares if your not happy with there site. I'll be moving on from this site as of today.

EVERY TIME I WIN A BET THEY BLOCK MY ACCOUNT WITH A POPUP THAT SAYS " you MUST PROVE THAT YOU ARE NOT A ROBOT "! MEANWHILE I.HAVE ZERO ACCESS TO THE SITE OR MY FUNDS!

Download the app, added money to the app, they ask me to sign out and then sign back in and now they will not let me back in. Lol I guess they needed to borrow my money. They suck

My husband created an account.i took a photo of him with his drivers license,and he began to play in the casino.After a few weeks he had won $356 and its been almost 3 weeks now that we have been unable to withdraw winnings.Contacted support did everything they said to do.and currently his account is suspended.Does anyone know what else we can do?...

I have had nothing but terrible experiences with customer service, even when it has clearly been FanDuel in the wrong. They don't care about customers. Aside from that, their app has been the most unstable of the sportsbooks I've used. Stay away.

Fandual sucks. Horrible. They suspended my account for unknown reasons 6 times before I could place my first wager. They said it was because I used a different person's card(my wife) then they proceed to tell me that I can't share cards and it is illegal. So then I say ok and deposit off my card. First they suspended my account again for putting in the wrong ccv # once. When I got it back active my deposit went through and you guessed it...immediately my account was suspended. It was so terrible I never placed a wager. I told them to give me my money back and cancel my account. And don't try to chat with customer service. They know nothing about your account and can't help you in any way. No. You have to WAIT for literally weeks to hear from the "account team" over email because fandual doesn't even have a phone line to call customer service. Long story short fandual is the most unprofessional book out there. They are snakes. If you want a wonderful experience with a book based in US and you can get in touch with ON THE PHONE or chatting in less than 5 minutes go to Bet365. They are absolutely awesome. Bet365. The picture below is what they sent after I told them my wife and I share a bank account and that's who's card I used and they made me send picture of her holding the card with a piece of paper with today's date on it.

I had better scores in golf fantasy scores than my opponents and still lost. They fix all there fantasy.

No one wins gambling on FanDuel Casino. Your money will disappear faster than you can deposit it. Forget about any free play or loyalty comps. They do not exist. It's not coincidence that all these reviews are horrible. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Fan dual suspend me and my friend account that I referred! Don't do it they will lock your account! I'm charging them with theft,, we both got to use our bet money they locked the account!

I received a one year ban on Fanduel, bc in the live dealer baccarat chat, I was talking to a friendly dealer that I converse with as I gamble. I stated that since he went on break, I lost $2300. (Needless to say I was up approximately $7,000 in that session)
A nosey dealer apparently bored later in the shift, was reading my conversation(one sided it should be noted, as dealers talk and they do not text) and flagged me for a gambling problem.
It's amazing and baffling to me as a bored, minimum wage earning nosey dealer, could be that miserable and do that, I was turn sent an email from support asking for my license, job earnings, and bank statements or I'd get a year ban.
I told them that there was no way that they are getting that info, as I was/am a winning player, and a nosey dealer took what I wrote out of context based on one side of conversation.

Needless to say. I will never go back to Fanduel after the year is up.

I have never had issue getting paid, and I feel bacaratt is a fair game. I feel Bj and roulette are sketchy and I stay away from betting on it.

The turnover rate is high for dealers and I could see why. Some are just miserable and from my understanding, they are told not to read old chat. Ironic how I get flagged when bacarratt is dealt every 20-30 seconds with only breaks when shuffling.

Really disappointed with FanDuel.

This is the worst sports book ever! For smart, smart betters or people who won they lock up your account suspend your account and make it impossible to get in touch with anyone to get it resolved. They are only looking for losers, and should be ashamed of themselves. My funds were tied up for weeks and then they told me I was no longer allowed to bet anymore all because I was winning.

I saw a commercial on TV saying " If you place a $5 bet with Fan Duel you'll get $200 in bonus bets" … Therefore, I downloaded the Fanduel app However, after adding my account information, $100 was automatically deducted from my bank account without any known authorization!… I therefore contacted Fanduel via the app to complain about this because I was unable to retrieve the $100… It would only allow me to use for Betting… therefore I placed the $100 on a bet (It was late night weekend and I kind of felt I had no other choice) … Again I tried contacting FanDuel chat support and shortly there after I was able to cash out and recover the deposit… I went ahead and made a $10 bet to cover my $200 in free bets as advertised, and I withdrew the remaining $90.
However, one day later, as of today, my account has been suspended. I have no access! So I have no idea what the status of the $10 bet placed last night and I never received the $200 bonus bet as advertised on television…Again, I tried Fanduel chat support and was told someone would contact me by email.
However, I have not yet heard from anyone from the Fanduel organization

After signing up with multiple bet sites including Fan Duel, I will tell you they were the only ones to steal my money. They promised a NO SWEAT BET up to $1,000, so if you lost they would immediately deposit $1,000 of bonus bets into your account. They did not do this, after 7 days of follow up via email and chat (they wont let you call them, hmmmm). I received a message the dispute has been closed. That's it, no explanation, even after they asked for a screen shot of their promo, which they hoped I didn't have, but I did, and forwarded, still nothing. DO NOT BET WITH FAN DUEL. They are thieves, and they know there is nothing you can do.

I bet on KC against the spread on Thursday night football as part of the spread the love promotion. The spread was over plus 80 for KC. KC lost by 1 but I still lost.
