Tried to set up an account. I was immediately locked out AFTER making my initial deposit. I contacted customer service who said they needed 24 hours before they could "locate my account". The onus was put on me to reach back out. Not impressed. Live chat was fairly snarky.

Thiefs, game freeze's when you get a bonus then sends you back to the "lobby" when you return the bonus is gone. When you contact support they freeze your account

Letting you all know not to use Fan Duel as your book.If you are smashing them daily like I was they will lock you out of games based on the teams you happen to follow. The teams I liked to bet player point over unders on are the Bulls and the Bucks. I like to bet them on the live wire and once the game starts and about to put a play in, they like to lock out the player points that are live so you cant put in any action. That happens if you are winning in that area. They have artificial intell that monitors what u like 2 bet and if you have a winning percentage theyll lock you out till the game is just about over and the scoring is just about done and is harder to predict. Also, wouldnt allow me to withdrawl or get into my account so I couldnt play or move on which is what im doing now.Im leaving about a dollar in my account so it dosent close and will be able to still go in there on my big picks to hit them as hard as I can.Seems Draftkings hates fan duel as much as I do. Will take my action there. F U Fan duel cowards! What book is afraid to take action from 1 dude with all the players they have. Want them to know who I am. Fanduel will not fess up to when their website has technical issues while playing casino games. The spins were not spinning correctly; and they told me I must be having issues with my computer. My computer is working just fine! I made 51 spins without making a single penny! This was definitely not normal. If the spinner spins correctly, you do win even if it's a couple of cents here and there within every few spins. They are untrustworthy and nothing but a bunch of scammers. They don't deserve a 1-star rating. I'll be reporting them to the BBB!

I have been in contact with FanDuel for weeks about withdrawing money. They provided solutions but none worked and they continue to ask the same questions. I would high recommend staying away. Terrible

Someone in another state used my identity and won money and I got stuck with the W2-G for over $17,000.
The issue is there is no customer service support with a real person, only a chat. I guess they really didn't need to hear the massive amount of curse words that I wanted to say, so maybe not speaking to me was in their best interest.

One of the biggest--if not the biggest--sports betting nights of the year: first day/night of NCAA Tourney basketball. FanDuel keeps taking wagers from TN residents but doesn't provide tickets in the "My Bets" section, so we can't track our bets or do in-game betting. They did not have enough customer support on staff for hours and hours (I'm still waiting). This will likely lead to increased regulation and/or class action lawsuit, which is a bummer for all, so thanks a lot, FanDuel

FanDuel suspended my account and denied me access to my money. I still do not have access to my money. It's not their money it's my money. They're crooks for keeping my money. Run away from FanDuel. Fast.

I spent a lot of money on this app and they had no problem taking it. When I finally did hit and it came time to withdraw, they put my account in a suspended status! How freaking convenient.! It took them six days for someone to request pictures and IDs. I sent it in immediately on aTuesday it is now Sunday and I have no response back and my account is still suspended 12 days later. Their piece of $#*! customer service gives you no answers. I don't even know what the hell they have a support chat for because they constantly give you the same answer, tell you you'll get an email from the accounts team, mind you that you can't contact this team and nobody ever gets back to you. They constantly tell you they'll escalate this request and have someone get back to you, but it never happens. I don't understand how they could accept my money, but then magically suspect suspicious activity when it comes time to withdraw. I will never use this app again. DraftKings has never given me a problem, and I would highly recommend that app over this one anyway. I know That if they're doing this to me, they must be doing this to many people and ripping off everyone making a killing for themselves. Do not use this app! If you have any problems or spend a lot of money when you finally do win, you'll go through hell getting the money if you even get it at all with no answers they just leave you hanging. If they gave a $#*! about you, they would understand the urgency and handle your situation when you have thousands of dollars on hold but they don't give a $#*!, they just leave you hanging and give you no answers! Very poor service and unacceptable. They need to shut the hell down.!

I hor 3 bonuses on a game and it reloaded the game with a whole different low win. This game is rigged.

IGT and Classic Blackjack are scandalous. The dealer gets blackjack 4 times more than me and pushes my blackjack quite often. That rarely happens in brick and mortar casinos. The dealer also gets 20s and 21s way more than me to push or beat my 20. Another anomaly. Live Chat makes you wait sometimes more than an hour and then they give you the run around. I constantly get kicked out of a game in the middle of a bet and don't get refunded my bet, even though it is incomplete. I will not play on FANDUEL anymore and recommend that you don't either. Like an idiot, I thought it would get better, In the meantime, I've lost $1000s.

This company is in business for one thing, find every way to take every penny you deposit- You have no chance to win money, they will let you think your doing good by lots of little slot spin wins, but approx 90% of every win is less than your wager. Best thing is blackjack, they get more 20's and 21's than any real dealer at any table and cling on the the robot responses when you complain, that the casino is supervised or monitored by a list of BS because if the gaming commission allows west they do, they are just as bad

Gambling can be addictive. It ruins families and lives. Don't do it, it's not worth it.
