I had so problem's with getting my canvas was not here for xmas like they said it would be, after lots of emails, call's and upset we got it and I can say I forgot about the problems when I opened it was beautiful well made and framing was superb and the company even gave me money back of my canvas for all the trouble. I will be ordering from them again I need two or three other canvases this year and I would not hesitate a bit to go back to them. Allow yourself a lot of time on the delivery with the pandemic and everything going on thank you so much for my son and his family's beautiful canvas you have gotten yourself a long time repeat customer
I'm always pleased with the quality of the product. I have ordered 3 canvases so far. Each of them are absolutely perfect. I'm not pleased with the time frame of delivery, butt. I' will still order in the future.
Ordered product in November with delivery advertised as being a couple weeks. Never received tracking or product so contacted company only to be lied to and given fake tracking information. They posted false updates on face book to many of us that they would upgrade shipping so we would receive product by Christmas. They lied and ruined Christmas for a lot of people and I would not trust buying anything from Family Gifts Co.

Ordered on 11/27, no communication after confirmation. Emailed, called, still no reply or notification that my order shipped. Finally got shipping notice on 12/21 where it still sat not moving, only label notice given, until 12/24. This was a gift ordered in plenty of time for Christmas and it was finally received on 12/27. They tried to pretend it was some lost truck problem but my order was never even processed to be lost on a truck. I will never recommend this company to anyone! Terrible experience, terrible customer service, and no attempt to make it right! Just terrible.

I ordered three items from Family Gifts and then the waiting game began. I was provided tracking numbers but they kept confusing orders. I can say that their communication was timely; however, due to the mix ups and constant delays I ordered on 11/18 and received the final package on 12/24. They make you confirm your order when you order it, then they send you an email saying they are delaying your package until you call. I called and they had no idea why I was calling. They send you a second email asking you to confirm your order, then it is 10-14 days until created and shipped. 18 emails concerning 3 items - ridiculous. This is a turn key system, should be much faster turn around. I won't be back.
Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
