I ordered a month in advance, the product did not make it on time. The tracking was useless. The communication about my order status was only replies to my asking about whats going on, instead of real answers we were directed to facebook for updates.

It was great and the product turned out amazing. The only complaint I have is that I ordered the black frame to go around the canvas, but it was not sent. They reimbursed me fairly quickly, but I was a little disappointed not to receive it.

It did n I'm thankful, not sure if it would have been shipped had I not emailed them. Hate to write this since I really like the item. Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
