I ordered a month in advance, the product did not make it on time. The tracking was useless. The communication about my order status was only replies to my asking about whats going on, instead of real answers we were directed to facebook for updates.

It was great and the product turned out amazing. The only complaint I have is that I ordered the black frame to go around the canvas, but it was not sent. They reimbursed me fairly quickly, but I was a little disappointed not to receive it.
Overall I loved my items. There was a problem with my order and shipping. However, I don't know if the shipping issue was with the company or the shipping company.
Quality is excellent, came in time for Christmas, kept me informed by tracking delivery. Will cherish for years to come.

Saw an ad on my social media app and couldn't resist clicking. So glad I did! It was fun shopping the website and easy too. Communication was stellar in that I was aware of the process to create the picture and how much time it would take.
Delivery quote completely off, when I tried to get into contact with them took several days for a response and it was an auto generated.
Even though there was a snafu with the delivery, I still got it long enough before Christmas to be able to wrap it and surprise a friend.
The online ordering was easy n smooth. Getting it shipped was terrible. Ordered it on Cyber Monday n received it 23 days later. Extremely worried that it wasn't going to get here before Christmas. It did n I'm thankful, not sure if it would have been shipped had I not emailed them. Hate to write this since I really like the item. Just letting you know, don't wait to the last minute to order if you want this on a certain date.
