I'm afraid I made a mistake with ordering this canvas print. They do not answer my email requests for tracking, I've received no updates on my order and the phone number on my receipt is not a valid phone number. I'm going to wait a few more days, then charge back my purchase (I used Paypal). I feel like an idiot.
The print is not very detailed, almost fuzzy. Also, it is so dark you can hardly see the names on the tree.
I'm happy with the art (a gift for our mother and she loved it) but delivery time was much longer than expected. I was finally getting concerned (because I couldn't even track the shipment) and then Family Gifts did finally send an email informing of a logistics issue that caused a major disruption in their production and delivery. I understand they had little or no control over the issue and I appreciated the information but I wish they'd have informed me sooner. Once they sent that info - the order shipped a few days later and I received it within a few days.
After a little mixup with the quality not being up to the company standards my product was delayed however I was more than delighted to receive it just in time for Christmas

Ordered 2 canvases on 11/29. Only received one of the canvases. Called the company & got the voicemail stating shipping delays. In my email I detailed information regarding missing canvas & a request for information on its delivery. Received back a response to check the tracking which was not helpful as the the package I received had been delivered but was missing one of the 2 canvases. Again emailed regarding this and have emailed once more but have had no response to date. Tried calling the company again since it is now after Christmas but still get the same voice recording stating please email as they are unable to take the volume of calls regarding shipping. This seemed like a reputable company and I was Hopeful they would respond soon but based on other reviews I've now soon am not sure this will be the case.
The ordering process was very simple, the order came quickly, and was packaged well. When I pulled it out to make sure it was exactly what I ordered, I could not have been more pleased! It was absolutely beautiful!

Frustrating, I read about the delay and lost shipments. Tried to be understanding, reached out and was told that if I ordered before 12/9 which I did I would receive my order by Christmas but that was not the case. Tracking was available but no movement that was frustrating but overall I'm relieved that I received the product I paid for and ordered. I'm also happy with the quality of the product
I ordered a canvas paid for it never received item 3 weeks go by i contact them they said it was canceled. I never canceled money. Cleared bank no one offered a refund if it was canceled 2nd attempt i responded saying i still want to. Receive my order since it was already paid for and still no response or item... frustrated and still waiting either give me my order or refund my money thank you
Got it for my parents. They loved seeing all their kids, grands and great grands names' on it.

Ordered from Family Gift for my daughter. A little apprehensive when I received an e-mail saying there was a delay. This is a Christmas gift and I was scared it wouldn't get here. Much to my delight the picture arrived within 3 days of the e-mail and I could not be any more pleased. I ordered the Coastal Sunrise in color and it fits in well with her seashore inspired décor. It's the perfect size and looks great on her wall.

Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
