Had such a great experience. Keyama was super helpful and really nice! Would be happy to use them again.
Spoke with Fair for over a hour trying to get my account up and running. Long story short Nicole Ruiz took the time and listened to my concerns and we worked together to solve the problem. Thank you again Nicole you get 5 stars in my book!
Jeneva gave us great customer service as well as the friendly and charismatic FRED & Keyana. Yours truly Fred
It's an amazing app get way to lease but you have to pick a good dealership that keeps there cars up to date.
I spent an hour on the line waiting for a representative with a message displaying a wait time of 11 minutes and I feel taken advantage of. The payments are insane but that just Uber and Fair creating a horrible deal for its uncared for drivers."
Can't wait to start using fair just waiting on license
Good service so far haven't used it yet but will update accordingly
Fred and Kenyana were both helpful. It was a long wait but when it was time for me to be put into a car they were so helpful and friendly.
I have had a relatively good experience with fair. I found a car I loved
So far so good in the quantity dept. - the app timed out too frequently. It's not properly working when I put my number in. It repeatedly keeps having me get a code sent to my phone for no reason.
Fair is like the DMV. You absolutely don't want to deal with them but you have to. You have no other choice. If you want to wait hours and hours and days to get ahold someone to fix your problem. Be my guest. The problem with fair is that there are multiple different departments that are extremely under staff. I have been waiting for my vehicle to go verified on the Uber app so I can start driving. At first they told me it would take 24hrs for the vehicle to get processed in there system. Which I understand but still think that's too long. But that wasn't the problem. After 24hrs I didn't see my vehicle update so I asked for assistance through the app. Come to find out no one processed the documents. So I have to wait another 24hrs for a mistake I didn't have control over. IT GETS BETTER... after another 24hrs I check my Uber app still no update. So I check in again. Now the issue was that there's a lot of requests and not much help. So now I am told to wait another 24hrs. I'm only suppose to wait 24hrs and now I'm having to wait 72hrs for something that's not my fault. On top of that I haven't made a single penny within the 72hrs and they are going to be expecting a weekly payment of 202$. In conclusion
I browsed a variety of cars before settling in something inexpensive. The pickup took all of 30 minutes and I was out the door. The ease of credit check
But this was a legit positive experience. It took a little while for my drivers license verification to be completed but I was still looking at car options anyway. After finding a vehicle on Friday
I have never seen unprofessional people in business like FAIR. I made a reservation 4 days prior and when pick up day came Goodyear retained the car for another day and a half. All this why they can't explain anything to me. I returned the car because it was worse than what I thought. The worst part is them refusing to pay security deposit of $181 and it has been over 14 days now but they claim I wait for the bank. If I were to advise anyone to find a rental companyI would advise you to please stay away from FAIR"
I have been using Fair for about four months now. I really love the concept that they have here and I feel like it's really convenient for anyone who needs a car quickly. My experience has been wonderful and I have experienced no problems with customer service. I will be using fair again in the future and I hope you guys give the option to buy out a car as well. I would love to purchase a car from your company! Thank you for the awesome service.
To whom this may concern I just want to let you know that I have never had a great and above and beyond service like the one I received from Fred in the Oakland branch. That amazing man can be helping 10 people at the same time. He greets us as if he knew us for years. He makes everyone feels the center of his attention. Great customer service
First Fair lease I had was excellent. Quick I keep getting told different answers as to WHY the app won't go to a contract for me. I've been told to reload the app that it's because my bill hasn't been paid (it was and I never even had a late payment) it's a "tech issue" so wait 24 to 48 hours oops. Nope it's that "easy pay" is still "on" wait another 24 to 48 hours. I've waited I scheduled a call that never came... if it wasn't for the first half of my experience
It takes too long to check vehicle availability and that does not show best business practice. If the vehicle is on the platform
Seeing many of these reviews same not a problem. SECOND this is the cheapest rental for ride-share drivers I've found! It comes to $198 a week with the tax. I no longer qualify for Uber's quest & promotions however now the one promotion I do qualify for is better than Uber's quest as of Dec 70 rides= $185 and 120 rides= $305 for the week. I have rented with Maven previously for 5 months and I had the cheapest vehicle it was costing me $240 a week! I also used Hire and those cars were costing me $45-$50 a day those were the cheaper rentals too. Not only that I had two cars break down leaving me unable to work a couple times. THIRD thing I think that is important for Everyone considering renting with Uber is that the when you are going to pick up a Fair vehicle (I had to go like 40-50 miles) Fair will pay for your Uber ride there! LASTLY with Fair you don't have to bring in the car every 4 weeks to renew your reservation it is all done remotely. When I rented with Maven for 5 months I had to drive the car to their location every single 5 weeks! I hope this will help some of you!"
There are some serious bugs in this app. Very basic thing- filter doesn't work properly. It's a great idea which is implemented as a poor product.
Fair is a new way to get a used car that lets you lease a pre-owned vehicle completely digitally – and for as long as you want. Use your phone or the web to shop cars with monthly payments that fit your budget, get approved in-app, sign for the one you want with your finger, then drive it month-to-month for ultimate flexibility, or on a 2-year or 3-year lease if you want the best value.
